Awesome Company
This company MORE than delivers on its promises. We refer EVERYONE we know who needs a website and social media work to them! They have never not delivered on their word, and the continued support is incredible. Anytime we need any changes, or even need some advice, they are always there for us day or night. The fact one other person had an adverse situation is unfortunate, but if you read, you can see they didn't follow the instructions given to them by Bella, and that was over 5 to 6 years ago. Trust me, great people to deal with....Period!

Desiree and her Associates at Simply Bella Web Design are first and foremost easy to work with. Because I am not literate in Web Design, she and Matthew were very patient in helping me come up with a design that meets my needs, and for someone who is putting up a website for the first time I felt that this was very important. Next, my site under Desiree's direction has a truly professional look that I wanted. Finally, I felt that this was a great value. She has won my business, and if you give her the opportunity I am sure that you will agree with me that Simply Bella Web Design is Simply Wonderful!!!!

You pay for the website, but you get all of this and much more in return. Value of loss? More like what's the value of all these extras you get!! Lies Not True! Bella Web Design Rocks.

Are you kidding me? Just take a look at her own company site and look at the work of Bella Web Design clients. In a world where "everyone" is an expert but NOT with web, mobile and social media, Desiree actually knows her stuff. She is professional, straight forward and tells clients exactly what they need to be successful with their online presence. Whether they want to hear that or not is up to them. When working with a business partner to build your online presence, YOU actually have to do some work yourself. The provider can build the site, but if you give them *** content and photos to work with...that's your fault! If you do not provide what is needed in a timely manner...that is your fault. In this case, it is clearly a case of sour grapes. This woman didn't do her part and reneged on the deal, but then tried to get out of paying the bill. At the same time, she decided to blame Desiree and her company. The courts spoke in Desiree's favor. Small minded, selfish people - such as this woman - then turn to social media as a weapon to wield unfairly. Frankly, I wouldn't trust this real estate agent to sell a darn thing for me. Would you? Enthusiastically, I give Desiree and the entire Bella Web Design team a well deserved thumbs up!

Bella Web Design is a joy to work with. The CEO has fantastic vision and works directly with her clients to provide them an extra level of personal attention that is so often lost when dealing with large firms. Her web designers, copy-writers and other professionals are nothing but professional and creative. Every BWD site is unique and informative, not to mention attractive! This would require a complete process of design and building our site from the ground up and from scratch. After meeting and considering several competitors, we chose Desiree and Bella Web Design. Desiree and her team took the time to listen to our vision, kept working with us to fine tune everything as it was being developed and Desiree herself was involved in every stage of our concept and designs. I am not the type of individual who keeps quiet if I believe things are off track. Having said that and the inevitable opportunties that arose from creating a site that was all vision and ideas to a concrete reality is challanging, but Desiree and her team kept insisiting on hitting the targets, meeting our expectations and ensuring our site was launched as we had envisioned. Desiree's drive, her professionalism, her creativity and her awareness of what it takes to make a web presence, and in a larger sense, what it takes to make a business go is evident. Her knowledge of social networking and the potential impact on business is , I believe, second to none. Bella Web Design Is the Most Professional Web Design Company
Bella Web Design created over 4 websites for my company including two office sites and two ecommerce sites. We sell CDs and DVDs online. Desiree Scales and her team of professionals are the most courteous group we've worked with. We've had some bad experiences in the past, but with Desiree, we knew we were in good hands. The sites were done on-time and within our agreed budget. We are proud of the final designs and can't wait to work with Bella Web Design again in the future on our latest projects. We highly recommend Bella Web Design!

Bella Web Design in Atlanta is a ripoff
I hired this company to design a website (template), storefront and host my website. The owner and her subcontractors are clueless despite her somewhat impressive resume. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing and it takes them an excessive amount of time to do everything which gives them an excuse to charge you more money. I paid them almost $5000 and after 6 months they showed me a crappy-looking website (they didnt even design it, it was a template so all they had to do was minor modifications) that was unacceptable, incomplete, and never went live. This company quoted me one price and then later gave me a much higher quote, but after months of dealing with Desiree Scales I knew to get it in writing. She lies about everything and conveniently gets amnesia about conversations regarding work and price. They refuse to give refunds to clients that they ripped off, retain any and all work that they've done and continue to host your site so they can justify continuously invoicing you even after you fire them! Don't take my word for it, do your own research and contact previous clients that she does not steer you to and you'll find a pattern and trail of pissed off people who had nothing but negative experiences with her and this company. Also, speak with reputable web designers and her ex-employees in Atlanta and they will certainly confirm that her reputation in this business sucks and a common theme is that she lacks integrity. I certainly heard an earfull of gripes from customers/ex-employees she's pissed off and boy do I wish I knew then what I know now. Save yourself some time, money and aggrevation and stay far, far away from Bella Web Design.
