Cold calling and harassing me for business
Cold calling my no call list number. Never heard of this company but don’t trust this type of scam.

- - Trim not replaced correctly; area left messy.
- - Nails on the ground and in the attic create risk.
- - No invoice or contract was sent.

They did not put the trim back right where suppose too. I am really upset with them for leaving a mess and nails on the ground and top of my athic .
I also pissed about the way they lie to me what material they going to use, the long nails they use for that is very long nails that i can able to hurt my head when i go up to my athic area, some of the plywood have crack which they don't tell me and explain to me if that is supposed to happen. I guess what i am trying to say is, this people they don't actually explain to me what the procedure and what i am to expecting to see after the job done. They never call inspector to check their job see if everything ok. I call them to many time where is my originally invoice what they charge me and what else they replace it.
I told them i wont pay them till i have the invoice and the contract paper that i can send it to my mortgage company but they never did send it to me at all, they keep saying they are busy to the others but they not busy to pick up the phone calling me asking for the check from my insurance company.
My insurance say to me , i can only pay them what i think the job worth it. I am the owner and i have right to pay them whatever the job worth it.
My advice to people's, do not dealing with this company Bella Roofing they bad people's to begin with specially the guy name " Ben Goodner, search this company people you guy's hire this contractor.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!! BEWARE

TOOK PAYMENT FROM A JOB AND SPENT THE MONEY ON WHO KNOWS WHAT. THEN HES TRYING TO STIFF US ON OUR MONEY! HE IS RUDE TO WOMEN AND CHILDREN!

For one, the owner isn't a guy, or a HIM, HIM, HIM. Bello Roofing did my roof a few years back and did an excellent job, got it done quickly and there was no mess and the price was extremely fair.

- - Customer says Bella Roofing did siding; the bill is unpaid.
- - Bella Roofing stopped mid-roof tear-off over siding.

I'm the owner of bella roofing, This customer had his siding done by bella,and didn't want to pay his bill,and while the roof was in the middle of tear off
he decides oe she! to call in foe a final inspection
because the roof was not being put on the way her 80yr father thought it should be put on.
so bella roofing stopped in the middle of the job because they did not want to pay for the siding, so they stuck me for the siding but i did not give them a chance to stick me on the roof!!
if these people where right they would have taken me to court,and they didn't because they know they are wrong,and that's why they resort to slanderous remarks, because that's all they have got.

This company claims on thier website to have trained Roofers/Installers. They need to go back to school because they really did a very bad job on my roof. The building inspector said it was the worst roofing job he had ever been ask to inspect. Yet George L. Peters the owner of Bella Roofing said it looked fine to him... Kinda funny he said it looks fine even though he had not been out to look at it...
You be the judge... Look at the pictures on my web site of the bad roofing job. Warning!!! If you you have a weak stomach and can't stand looking at money being wasted on a roof that will have to be ripped off and redone don't look!

Bella Roofing can only work with some one who is willing to work with them. This guy sounds like a tool that decided if he is difficult they would leave him alone.
As a contractor it is hard to delicatly monouver some one who just wants something for nothing.
I am glad to see the owner take the time to respond on this post. it shows me that Bella Roofing cares.

Bella Roofing....Lie. Take your money and never come back!
Left with only half of the roof done....Which we had to replace in less than a yr. because the shingles were sliding off! Shoddy materials used! Did damage to inside our home also!
Never answered our calls.
Had to hire another company to finish the job correctly and redo what Bella already did! Never saw a company as shady as Bella roofing.
