Bella Movers Dfw Moving Services Review from Keller, Texas

Please do not use this company for moving services. A few of our items were damaged and although they were minor when we called to report and send pics of damages they never returned our call to provide updates on how they were going to take care of our damages. By the 3rd call we spoke with the manager Sonny who claimed he spoke with his movers who denied damages. The manager was a *** and refused to hold his movers accountable. Told us to go to Home Depot and fix ourselves. If I had the option to zero stars I would. I recommend you go to a licensed mover and pay a little extra instead of going through the homeboy moving service!

One of the worst moving companies that I have ever encountered!! N

The owner is an *** that talks fast and very rude to clients and employees!! Was promised three men at 9 am, but got two men at 10 am. They were very slow, the move should have taken 3 hours max ended up 7+hours and they still forgot items!! When I called to complain the *** owner, he didn't want to be bothered by it!! He flat out told me to talk to the guys that moved you and don't waste his time!!!!! Are you kidding me??? I asked him who should the complains go to?? He said he doesn't want to hear it or deal with it!!! I have reported them to BBB and will file a legal complain against them!! They say they are insured but they are not!! They broke my very expensive lamp but no one cared to pay for it!!! I am so furious that there are idiots like this guy running a business in this manner and no one can stop them!!!

Never showed up

I have used this mover a total of 4 times prior to my resent move. I called to make an appointment and confirmed that I was the first move at 9 am so I would not have to wait if a job went over. As always I received a call from the company the day before to confirm my 9 am move. Then I received a call from the “mover” to confirm, he stated that he would arrive at my home at 9:30 am the following day. At 9 am the next day I received a call from the mover stating that he would arrive in 45min. I ask politely what was the hold up, he informed me that there is traffic on 635. In an hour I received a call from the “mover” stating he would arrive at my home in an hour and 45 minutes. I again ask what was the hold up, he informed me that he had a prior job that went over . The “mover” began to become rude and irate. I was a little confused as I asked to be the first move. At 10:30 am I called the company to inform them of the situation. I told them the mover was being rude and didn’t want to used him. Also I asked for a discounted rate, I received one once before when the movers where only 20 minutes late. I was then told a manager would call me back. At 11 am I called back and went to voicemail 8 times . On the 9th call I received an answer. The lady stated that a discount would not be possible but she may be able to send another mover later in the day. I said ok that would be fine, and could she call me back to verify. She stated ok. By 12:45 I still had not received a confirmation call from the office to verify the later move. Luckily I saw some movers form AB Movers and they gave me card. I call and told them my situation. I was told since it was last minute and the first of the month they could do an evening move with a window of arrival from 5-8 pm. I agreed and was quoted the price for a 2 man crew. Less than 30min later a mover called and stated that could be at mu home in 15min I agreed and they arrived with a 3 man crew we got a man free and moved all my stuff carefully and efficiently. They really saved the day.

I had communication with Bella movers regarding the pricing and they said that they will charge $70 per 2 hours. I end up paying double.

Through the email, Bella mover representative told me that they will charge me $70/two hours minimum and $30 fuel charge. I had some doubts so I asked them again if $ 70 is for two hours and they said yes and they will charge me an extra $30 as fuel charge. So, for 2 hours it should be $100. When the movers came and finished everything within 1 hour (since I had few boxes, TV, a book shelf and 2 tables and chairs), they asked for $170. I said I communicated with their representative and she said $100 ($70+30). In the end I had to pay $160. I would said, please don't use this as they may charge more and may not clearly tell you the right price before.

Bella movers RIPOFF

This was the third time I used Bella Movers so my standards were high from the previous move which was positive. This move was nightmarish. I paid for a four man crew and two trucks to move me 5 miles down the road. They were very fast and efficient before and I assumed 4 hours max. I had boxes labeled and ready in garage and all furniture broken down and ready to be loaded inside. This crew was worthless - took FIVE HOURS to load two trucks and then only took 2 to unload it at new place. Hmm. Worst part was they ignored all my labeled boxes and I ended up with boxes upstairs that were supposed to go downstairs, boxes labeled "kitchen" in my office, etc. They scratched my furniture, dented my stainless refrigerator and chipped a marble top nightstand. But wait, it gets even more disappointing. Besides their horrible service, the owner will not return my phone calls or emails regarding this move. I've emailed three times, and left phone messages maybe five or six times. No response. No backbone. No customer service. Waste of money and disgusting substandard business. DO NOT USE BELLA MOVERS in Dallas area. Save yourself money and heartache.
