Disappointed
Frustration with the whole experience, the customer service telephone number given on line did not work, the person who promised to provide me with the number, did not follow through.

Had to meals at Bella Italia Liverpool both meals was not up to the quality I would expect from Bella Italia very disappointed with the whole meal on the 12th march and 13th marchrubb

Unacceptable treatment
No one contacted me from Bella Italia regarding the humiliation that me and my family faced in their restaurant
The issue that I have experienced was: Today i had a visit to Bella Italia - Edinburgh Northbridge
Unfortunately there was a clear discrimination to me and my family from the moment we arrived as we are Arab nationality I refused to give us the table we asked for and they put me and my family in the worst table beside the kitchen The waitresses was giving my 12 years son dirty looks for no reason she was too rude with us when she took our order I travelled almost all European and I have never been treated by this way

The Bill was overcharged
Hi Bella Italia,
I have paid extra for a dinner out on Saturday 9th of December 2023 and I have requested menu to be set for a cost effective dinner.At the end the cost of the bill came £120 which I was shocked and couldn't not think or react in that instant.
We were a table of four and we ordered X4 Margherita pizza,X2 normal potatoes fries,x2 sweet potatoes fries,drinks X2 cranberry juice,x2 Fanta,X2 lemonade,X1 tiramisu coffee,X1 double expresso and kids had desert X1 cookie dough and X1 gelato and I have asked X1 tiramisu to be taken off from bill as I have not been served or have been forgotten!!!
As per my calculations if we're to put set menu as per Bella Italia website and menu the invoice should be around £85 and still don't understand were are the rest of the money justifiable on a meal out!!
I would like an explanation and refund of the extra £60 paid!!

I get ..... Pizza €46 Fries. €18.50 Cold drinks €20.40 Two dessert €14.50 Coffee €3 Espresso €3 Total €100.50 plus 20% vat =€120 It does look like the check total was correct.

Complaint against bella italia manager Crawley.
I am writing this with the tears and RECISM what we face in BELLA ITALIA Crawley. I am Purnima Anurag Pradhan.
Today 10 October 2023 Time around 1.20 pm checked in to Crawley Bella Italia Table No.46.The moment we entered, the vibes which I got from the manager was very arrogant & disappointed. There was a dark gentleman, who was extremely good & made us to sit. We placed starter order through him. After that Manager took over.
Who was extremely rude to us. His tone with us & with other was so different. With our starter I asked for red chilli oil or flex, very arrogantly he replied to me,there is chilli oil in your food. But I requested him politely , I know but can I please have it.
He brought that to our table but again, he served me like Im a beggar. So hurtful.
Moving forward, with our main course, my husband ordered Pizza & I had ordered Pasta, while serving, we requested,please can we get some garlic oil or sauce & Parmesan. While putting parmesan, I requested him,please put little bit in my pasta. & he made such a wired face.
That was hight of being recist. Then I cant avoid more disrespectful treatment by Bella Italia & asked him, since we entered why you making faces, I just request you to put less cheese in my Pasta. His rude reply was I dont know what you guys want. I again said to him,why youre talking to me with rudely, I dont feel like to eat this food with so much negativity, feel like to pay to you and throw it away.
My husband requested,can you please go away from our table, so we can eat the food. Then he started shouting on us,saying that we cant tell this to him & leave from the restaurant. We requested to talk to manager but he said he himself the General manager. And he took food away from our table.
I just cant imagine this type of behaviour from the reputed Restaurant Bella Italia Crawley. This is recorded in CCTV . My only fault is Im Indian, I am dark by the skin. I want to take strict action, CCTV has enough proof I guess.
We deserve to be apologies from Manager of Crawley branch & the team of Bella Italia. I just cant stop my tears. If I do not get a response, I will post our story, recism & disrespectful treatment from Manager of Crawley branch Bella Italia in all social media platforms.
I will not keep quiet. I will take this further.

Unable to get in touch with restaurant
I have a group booking for Saturday 3 feb
They asked for us to pre book our food choices
I have e mailed information but I have not received a confirmation that they have received them
And it is impossible to get an answer by telephone

Yes there is still issues with Bella Italia , infact I've been telling people about my bad experience with them and plan soon to put it on youtube

Useless customer service
Tried to contact them several times via their customer service email address. They say "it may take up to 4 working days for us to get a response to you depending on the nature of your query (but probably much sooner!)"
Still no response since 17th of September (chased 4 times since).
That's just poor...

Awful food and service
The service was awful and the food just as bad Not cooked properly and chips cold
Fish fingers were pink and not cooked.
The place was so cold and when I went to the toilet the kitchen staff were shouting and arguing
