bella did nothing but be nasty and said what did i want them to do ? they said it’s wayfairs problem even though product shipped damaged from bella aparently this is common for this company to avoid customers at any cost and being rude and actually nasty when dealing with customers … wayfair however reached out gave refund and escalated this . they apologized bella did not they offered refund bella did not .
i ordered 2 night tables they came i start photographing before unpacking this time pkging was ok no marks nothing yet as i took the protective packaging off the items were pretty much destroyed yet not a mark dent nothing on te boxes tese were undoubtably packed damaged this is fraud to say the least when i was put in contact to bella from wayfair the woman "lorainne" was rude and didnt care said not her problem and thats it ?>>>>>> this company manufactures trash and souldnt be used in selecting a tin garbage pail avoid them at all cost .
Cheats and liars
These guys are dishonest. Don't buy here at all.
They will promise you a lot and sell you on insurance and all that but they do not honor their commitment when the time comes. They are also not responsive and will ignore you. Very unethical and dishonest. Don't go here.
I bought insurance that sunny sold me on for my furniture. He said he will replace it if I have a problem. I have a problem now and he is not honoring the insurance. He does not even respond.
I have a text message his staff got from the insurance company saying he should not have sold it. He still is - beware! I cannot paste the message here because of Yelp's restrictions. Feel free to respond I will forward.
Sunny is a liar, cheat and he is stealing money from customers. Do not trust him
Don't waste your money
I bought a new sofa from them in Feb 15. After a week of 2, a piece of wood got broken and almost came out from back.
They were simply ignoring my request to repair until one day my daughter got hurt. They agreed to repair it and picked it up in Apr 15. After more than a month, they delivered the sofa with more damages (ripped at 2-3 places) and legs missing.
I immediately notified the driver and he said that we need to contact office. They said they will fix it but now they are ignoring us and not even picking up the phone...Need a legal opinion so that I can get either my money back

We bought a coffee table from these guys and there are staples that have been stapled through the box onto the table and I have tried numerous times to call with no answer and no replies to any emails. Very disappointed in the customer service!

Following failure to make good on replacement for damaged furniture, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in California, where the company is based. Four weeks later they still haven't responded -- and they are members of BBB, who pledged to answer complaints.
Not sure what the problem there is, but it is extremely frustrating to have spent so much money and to be out almost $1700. Who wants damaged furniture especially something as large as an entertainment center. They just don't answer the phone, emails, nothing. I bet they would buy something
Bella Doesn't Deliver On Commitments
I ordered an entertainment center in March '08. The furniture was delivered and two towers were damaged.
Bella promised to file an insurance claim and replace the towers -- urging me to hold onto the old ones until the replacements arrived. Well...it's been 2 months. No call, no email. I've sent 4 emails and received no replY.
I've left 2 voice mails and received no reply. I just called again and left a voice mail, while googling and came upon this website. Wish I'd seen it before.
BUYER BEWARE -- IT ISN'T WORTH ALL OF THIS TO SAVE A COUPLE OF HUNDRED DOLLARS.
Bella-Furniture Buyer Beware
We ordered our entertainment center from Bella-Furniture. It arrived in good time but a piece of it was missing so we could not put it together completely.
We have tried calling several times. The phone always goes immediately to voicemail. Of course we have not received a call back. We decided to email and see if that would get a response.
Still no reply. They obviously do not care about customer service at all.
After several months we still have our furniture in pieces in the living room with no idea of how to put it together without the missing pieces.
We didn't get the furniture we ordered.
We ordered some end tables from Bella Furniture Company on line in early Dec. '07. It is the end of February '08 and we still haven't seen it. Their excuse to us is that our order fell through the cracks. Then there supposedly a problem with the shipper & they were supposed to have someone else ship it to us. They will not answer your calls or emails. So don't bother ordering from them. Beware!
We are in the process of getting our money back now that they have used it for months. We'll see if we do.......
