- The only contact method is email used for COVID updates.
I ordered a wig November 1st of this year. Every time I try to find out what happened to my order..I get the runaround.I thought I could trust them because I ordered from them before but this time they took my money.The only way to communicate with them is through email and it,s the same email they send me about COVID and other issues.They are the worst.Im still trying to get my refund.

Cant get an answer to why I have not received my Bella Braided Wig. BBWS 2008-Length (28-32), Color: 613.
Will someone contact me as to when I will be receiving my wig it has been over seven
(7) or eight(8) months now.
Someone in your company should be able to give me the progress on my wig. I know it doesnt take this long to make a wig. I had my representative contact your company and no one had the decency to to contact them back.
I will make it real easy for you you can refund my money back and we can severe ties. But you wont keep my money and not send the wig I have already paid for.

I have sent 2 pics, the first is the order date march 26th,the second is may 12 which is the day i requested my refund (may 12) due to not receiving items for 7 weeks.
I ordered items worth $467.00 on March 2020, items have not been received and I have not been issued my refund which I requested multiple times.
