- - The name on copyright can be used for cheap goods by others.
The public should be informed that this old big name companies are NOT the companies that made them famous. They are just anyone who has the money to buy the use of their names.
HSN sell a ton of Bell & Howell and they always talk about what a famous 100 year old company they are. It's a total LIE.
That's why there are so many BAD reviews The REAL Bell and Howell, Sharper Image, Brookstone would NEVER be sold in the "As seen on TV aisle of Walmart. America is one big scam in consumerism.
Bell & Howell used to be a legitimate company in the early 1990's. They made lenses and camera equipment.
After many decades they were sold but the name was still left on the copyright registry. Any company who made any *** product can pay to use their name. It's all cheap Chinese made drop shipped goods still being sold as this amazing company.
Same with Brookstone and Sharper Image. Stay away!
