Hi, I am very disappointed in the fact that Belk's caved into political pressure from the liberal crowd and canceled Trump's line from their store. I have been a faithful customer of Belk's for many years and hold a rewards card, I love the selection of ladies clothing and the fact that Belk's carries men tall clothing. The I was receiving a lot of those but they had a huge number of restrictions (even the one I got when I applied for your credit card )- all brands that I like. I throw all of them out now and will either wait until there is a good sale on the items I want or order them from another merchant . How about including less of your best brands from that exclusion list-maybe I can use some of them?? And you need to have someone in the Brighton section... Read more

Customer service in handbags does not exist. 2nd visit in a week each time no one in this department. It's time the associate was in the bathroom. 2nd time no one in handbags had to go to Fine Jewlry for assistance. Still waiting to be helped. Customer Service is a thing of the past. Simply awful! We went to a Belts store in tupelo,ms they had a sign saying 50 percent off of the current ticketed price but when we got to the register they told us it was only 30 percent the manager on duty Chris Haley said it was 50 percent off the red clearance tag but once he realized how much we had he change it to 30 percent. He raised his voice to my wife and told her if she didn't want it then don't buy it but refused to change it. We spend hundreds... Read more

This is the worst online shopping experience ever. I have been charged 3 times for a dress I have no yet received. I called the company to make sure they were shipping correctly. It was then shipped off exactly wrong. Next call was to reorder. The phone rep processed the order incorrectly. Charged my card incorrectly. She had no idea how to process a credit card. This last visit I was in the store the sign that I saw said 14.99 but the cashier no they are 19.99. I tried before to use coupons there and they say I couldn't. I am trying to help my father pay his bill and they won't help me - I guess they don't want to get paid. I have spoken to 3 people and each customer service rep was ruder and less helpful that the prior one and acted like I was trying to steal something instead of making a payment. This place use to be enjoyable where i didnt mind coming in to work everyday or staying over my time. Since to managered changed at the Snellville location, its becoming more and more of a drag to come in. Otas gets the worse of it from this lady. She shifts blame on this team when managment is clearly the one to blame. Management seems to basically do nothing around the store with the exception of one manager Ms. Siler. Instead confronting employees who are on their *** cell phones all day long and do as little as possible management will fuss at the employees who actually do work and have been working their the longest. On top of that, while they give them insane amounts of work to do management will walk by them and say, "Chop chop."
