I wanted to order a purse on line and use the coupon for 25 percent off. The coupon stated it was good for this purse however the Representative said the coupon was not got for that purse. It was certainly on the coupon when I wanted to use it!!! She was not helpful at all!!!

Complaint when trying to return wife’s slacks

My daughter when cleaning out my wifes closet found a pair of slacks with tags still attached and suggested I should return them and receive a store card.

There are no receipts or account/credit card information as my wife had her own accounts.

I went to the Prattville store and was offer $10 and change for $59.50 pants. Though without proof of purchase price I didnt expect to get full price offered I felt that with sales and discounts that I would be offered around 50%.

How insulting can a policy be.

I will give to charity along with my wifes clothes.

Kohls, JC Penney and Bath & Body Works were certainly more reasonable and understanding. Shame on you.

Order returned. Message from Belk stating they had received return and the amount that would be credited to card. Amount credited was short of amount stated in e mail. After three lengthy phone calls , two of which were disconnected no resolution. Oh by the way when customer service reps are dealing with customers we dont want to hear babies crying in background. This company is terrible is after sales customer relations.

I have had this clerk before and she was rude to me the first time. I didn't say anything so I purchased my merchandise and left.

I thought to myself how can someone that rude work with customers.

I was in the store again Sunday April 23rd and I was next in line and recognize who it was and I thought to myself oh no not her again. I thought maybe she's having a better day. No of course not she was just as rude as the first time I had her. I had a $10 cash coupon and used it on my merchandise and there was $5 left owing.

I want to use my debit card and I said I can't use my debit card for the $5? Her comment was very rude tone and said that what she said. I said I've had you before and you were just as rude to me then as you are today. She said to me don't come back.

I said why are you so rude? Where is your manager? Called for a manager he finally came and I told him how rude she was and she told me not to come back. I walked out and as I was walking I turned around and said it was easier going threw cancer than it was dealing with her.

I went to my car and sit and cried for a while and thought to myself I will never put my foot in that store ever again. This happened at the Mt Juliet location

Question re: gift card

I have a card given to me 2.16.2022 - I have spent my time hospitalized since then. I had 1 good day and went to Belk and the cashier forgot to use my card for my purchase.

I was told to use it next time. There hasn't been a next time - I have been hospitalized any time since then. Belk is a favorite store but I can't get any info as to how to use my card. Is it any good?

Do you need hospital records to prove that I have been unable to use this card? The card is for $50. that I could certainly use right now, I really could use some PJ's too!

I have tried other methods of contact to Belk to get an answer and I'm disappointed that Belk has such a poor system. It has been a vicious circle of info.

Had no notification of returning items dates & returned items that I paid $ 108 for & got $30 back. I ordered on 05/02/2023 & returned on 06/10/2023. My 70yo husband returned because I was still healing from shoulder surgery.

Poor customer service

Do not order fine jewelry from belks. I ordered a wedding set first of may. Order came in on the 10th with the band missing. I have called and emailed multiple times and have yet to actually speak to someone in fine jewelry customer service and have not received the band to the set. Its been over a month. This is heartbreaking. Their customer service is horrible I will never order anything online again

Kept asking me for my zip code, after one hour of talking to a machine, I finally got an actual person to help me. Come to find out someone had changed my address, which never changed, the person was very helpful, but 1 hour of asking for assistance is stupid
