My daughter when cleaning out my wifes closet found a pair of slacks with tags still attached and suggested I should return them and receive a store card.
There are no receipts or account/credit card information as my wife had her own accounts.
I went to the Prattville store and was offer $10 and change for $59.50 pants. Though without proof of purchase price I didnt expect to get full price offered I felt that with sales and discounts that I would be offered around 50%.
How insulting can a policy be.
I will give to charity along with my wifes clothes.
Kohls, JC Penney and Bath & Body Works were certainly more reasonable and understanding. Shame on you.

Checkout clerk was rude
I have had this clerk before and she was rude to me the first time. I didn't say anything so I purchased my merchandise and left.
I thought to myself how can someone that rude work with customers.
I was in the store again Sunday April 23rd and I was next in line and recognize who it was and I thought to myself oh no not her again. I thought maybe she's having a better day. No of course not she was just as rude as the first time I had her. I had a $10 cash coupon and used it on my merchandise and there was $5 left owing.
I want to use my debit card and I said I can't use my debit card for the $5? Her comment was very rude tone and said that what she said. I said I've had you before and you were just as rude to me then as you are today. She said to me don't come back.
I said why are you so rude? Where is your manager? Called for a manager he finally came and I told him how rude she was and she told me not to come back. I walked out and as I was walking I turned around and said it was easier going threw cancer than it was dealing with her.
I went to my car and sit and cried for a while and thought to myself I will never put my foot in that store ever again. This happened at the Mt Juliet location

I have a card given to me 2.16.2022 - I have spent my time hospitalized since then. I had 1 good day and went to Belk and the cashier forgot to use my card for my purchase.
I was told to use it next time. There hasn't been a next time - I have been hospitalized any time since then. Belk is a favorite store but I can't get any info as to how to use my card. Is it any good?
Do you need hospital records to prove that I have been unable to use this card? The card is for $50. that I could certainly use right now, I really could use some PJ's too!

I have tried other methods of contact to Belk to get an answer and I'm disappointed that Belk has such a poor system. It has been a vicious circle of info.
