I am disappointed in the service department at Bel Air Subaru in Bel Air, Maryland. I took a vacation day to have maintenance done on my Subaru and they did not find any problems.
In less than a week I started having problems with the car. I contacted the service department and I was told they were too busy to look at the car.
I think the customer service is horrible at Bel Air Subaru. Sadly I think my next car will be a Honda.
