Beis is simply not worth the trouble

I purchased 2 suitcases however decided they were too small It took 10 days to get a return label. This was a gift for my kids who were visiting from out of the country. The new suitcases arrived the day of their departure. There is no way to talk to a representative. E mail is the only option and The response time is 3 to 4 days. With so many luggage options I would never suggest anyone purchase from this poorly run company

User's recommendation: Buy another brand.
