So far my experience has not been good and their customer service is very poor leaving most questions down to automated responses and FAQ. There needs to be a customer support desk more easily accessible.
I was asking for some advice regarding my account however, Behaviour decided to leave their problems to bots and not real people making it extremely unhelpful. Not to mention I called them and they hung up while I was on hold. Thank you Behaviour

Didn't do anything at all, just hung up. I have a DC ban that's not my fault at all, I'm on a military base, of which are known to have terrible internet.

The company is very bad. They didn't answer my call three times.
Also, they don't fix their game, even when people beg for it.
They encourage camping and slugging, and they don't even try to fix it. It's the laziest company I've ever seen.
