My previous account (lisunnnnn@***.com) is not able to access because I lost the password of the verifying email, then through switching account, I was able to access again through my new account ( lisunnnn@***.com). However, recently this account is no longer able to access again, and it says You do not have access to this product.

Then I tried to switch account again, but it never work. I guess it might because I couldnt switched twice of my previous account. My previous account (lisunnnnn@***.com) is very important for me, could you please to help me to see any solutions?

I appreciate it a lot!

How can I use another account to switch my previous account? Is it possible?

I have an issue when press Appreciations button on any project on Behance Nothing happen, and I refresh the page the button return blue color
