I order about 1x a week for the past 9 months and the last 3 months they send either the wrong pizza or they are 2 hours late. I'm in chicago so I order thru the midway location I called on a Saturday at 7pm they said they were closed.
I order from a different location my favorite small deep dish sausage and green pepper. drive 25 minutes to beggars across town to the Kenwood location when I get there they made a mistake (here we go again). They thought I ordered a thin crust.
I stayed 45 minutes to get the right pizza miss the game and everything. Tried to file a complaint no answer as of yet.

I ordered a pizza on 12/27 a little before the restaurant closed. On the way to pick up the pizza I was in an accident.
I did not make it to get the pizza. I call beggars the next day to see if I could get another pizza if I brought the police report and explained what happen. The manager ROGER was very rude and disrespectful and told me I shouldve called after the accident and theres nothing he nothing he could do. He also stated they would NOT be making another pizza.
I order from this restaurant nearly once a week and Ive never missed picking up my order.
After a 4 year long relationship with ordering from this restaurant I will not be back. I will also post this news to all social media platforms.

I said a waitress at Oakforest took cash for my bill and the next day charged me 86.24 on my Visa. I had my card out but decided not to use it due to a low bill.
Chase contacted me due to suspicious activity. She took my cash and put 86.34 on my Visa. I did not sign anything.
This is at Oakforest, IL; she must have kept the money and scanned my Visa or remembered the 4 digits. I spoke to the Manager, she was nasty and rude, acting like I did something wrong.

I went to Oakforest il Beggsrs pizza ordered a large pizza and one lemonade for my granddaughter, my sister and I had water , I had my visa card out but decided to pay cash, since it was so low of a bill gave a $6.
00 tip. Didn't get a receipt I forgot to ask for it my granddaughter was a distraction this was 12-2 24 Sunday Monday got a fraud alert frm chase Visa at night 8:43 I'm in bed at night i wasn't there Monday I contacted Chase Tuesday morning about the fraud alert of 86.34 told them I never signed anything never used my Visa gave cash and a generous tip
They canceled my Vida however,it's an inconvenience because I'm due money back on some refunds today and by Thursday and owe some creditors they said this looks like fraud this is why they contacted mr I called the manager and told her everything.
She was do nasty pretty much said I was lying, I hsvr a sister that was there from Ohio visiting we had left my mom's grave site and I thought I eoulf tske her to a nice restaurant and this is what happen.
I believe the waitress kept the money and had to.pay for the pizza, but charged 86.24,you don't hsve anything cost that much. Where I'd my signature, she had to use a devise or remember the number

You could make Transitioning to your new system a lot easier. I've been a customer for a long time.
I'm not sure if you all are finished fixing you new system. Your loyal.
Customers are having a problem getting into your new system so you all need to at least try to fix it or send us some Some instructions on how it works

My wife ordered a grilled salad with croutons and dressing on the outside of the salad and a family size pizza. We got fried chicken.
Upon picking it up she felt the dressing not in the bag. She called & talked to the manager Manny who refused to credit the account & said it was no big issue to have the dressing inside the salad & not have croutons. I could just drive back 10 miles wait 25 minutes while my pizza gets cold. If not, nothing he can do & it was my issue.
My wife has Cancer, dressing must be outside the salad because it's unhygienic. She can't get sick. The croutons missing didn't matter to him.
I am appalled at the unprofessionalism and rudeness. My account always has dressing on the outside.

I placed an order for large pizza and a Greek salad. I was understanding and even receptive to the order taking a lot longer than an hour and I always tip my delivery person.
My pizza was luke warm not hot,! Instead of dressing for my salad i got a cup of oil...i called and spoke with the manager who said his name was "Leo", The hostess stated that my salad comes with oil vinegar and a lemon wedge. She transferred me to the manager who was obnixious and rude. He denied that the salad is served with anything other than the bland cup of oil and told me he has been at Beggars for 15 years..He also told e to call the owner in the morning.
I did not spend $47.33 to get cold food and a nasty lying individual who called himself a manager. That is far from managerial. I called 2 other Beggars pizza's in the area both of which confirmed that my cold pizza and Greek salad should in fact does come with oil and vinegar.
Not a cup of oil...and to add to the insult the taste was cooking oil. Not even olive oil..

The manager was not being rude, sadly there are people there who claim there was a problem with the food, and want something free. The manager was not being rude. He was just protecting his business.
Just eat the pizza and return the salad.
