- - I asked before subscribing about enlarging to 2550x1650.
- - It could be enlarged to 4088x4088 px at 300 dpi, but it smeared and I can't use it.

I asked them prior to subscribing if pictures could be enlarged to 2550 by 1650. You said it can be enlarged to 4088 x 4088 px and up to 300 dpi.
So I thought that would be okay, but it smears. I can't use the picture.

No Help line or bot or anything
The graphic editing can be bothersome and there is no one there to assist. Not by a chat or help line via phone. Nothing.
