Cancel my subscription and REFUND my 14.99
It was okay, You can remove my complaints about Befunky.com
I asked them prior to subscribing if pictures could be enlarged to 2550 by 1650. You said it can be enlarged to 4088 x 4088 px and up to 300 dpi.
So I thought that would be okay, but it smears. I can't use the picture.
- So i was tempted
- Illustrator is nice
Preferred solution: Full refund

I paid for my account and can't use it. When I go to make my pictures, it has the watermark on it. My bill is paid until October and I can't use it.

No Help line or bot or anything
The graphic editing can be bothersome and there is no one there to assist. Not by a chat or help line via phone. Nothing.
