I lost my receipt

Befree Sound - I lost my receipt

I bought my befree portable Bluetooth 12 inch bouble subwoofer speaker system last month and the handle came off as my wife was bringing it down the stairs I'm not sure if I received a receipt or not it happened so fast we were on are way to an event were we used for concerts (Gospels)

It just stopped all of a sudden when I first got this one it was keeping a charge but all of a sudden it stopped

Befree Sound - It pairs but no sound

I've bought my system a bout 4 months ago and only used it about 6 times cause I work alot... I tried using it November 25th Thanksgiving day but had no success...

As I recall the last time using it, it worked perfectly fine now it paired up with my Cell phone but no sound...

I jus want another system not even a refund... This is very sad cause my system is practically Brand New..

Not staying connected with Bluetooth. Rep stated try a new charging cord even though advised used with and without cord and issue persists.

Replace remote

i dropped my remote and it crushed so i call the main company like 5 times and they just say that they will send an e mail with the format to buy a new one but i never get the e mail so what can i do to get the remote control it is a remote control for befree sound 15 inches speaker portable with reactive lights 453****.

It works only if it’s plugged in I only had a 3 months didn’t get a warranty from Qvc because I thought it was a good speaker not sure if it’s the battery because it haven’t been dropped or anything
