No Customer/Warranty Service

Ordered a Beeman Commander air rifle from a seller on Amazon. After about 100 shots the gun would no longer function properly. I have tried multiple times to contact the warranty department at Beeman and cannot ever get in touch with a live human being. Only voice mails and they never call back. I have written multiple emails and no response. Luckily the seller on Amazon is willing to issue me a replacement for the rifle. I cannot believe that Beeman does not have a functioning service/warranty department. I hope the next one is not a lemon because I really did like the rifle and all of its features. It shoots with precision accuracy when it works. Unfortunately I will never make another Beeman purchase again due to the lack of any kind of customer service.
