Credit card issue

I need some form of communication other than automated emails I have no confirmation that you've received my message and I'm ready to cancel the order. The 800 number I called is a bad number it's not working and it just disconnects you might have a good product but you need to work on customer service so we can contact you, and know that someone has received the message.

Preferred solution: I am just trying to get confirmation that they've switched the credit card I entered a number and you did not bill that one.

I recently ordered the Beekman toner. I believe that is what I ordered, the larger size and travel size!

I'm anxiously waiting to try it. I saw it on QVC years ago and ordered from the Beekman website. It says delivered on the 3rd, assuming it came through USPS? I'm going back to the cluster boxes to check again.

The number to customer service has someone who is rude and knows nothing!

If I hear nothing, then $57 gone. Oh well.

Question about deodorant

I found a number that was not connected and not valid. I am very very disappointed because I love their deodorant, but unable to find it in my favorite scent would be nice if they had a good number.

Would love to know when I should expect my products? I've never been sent anything about my order except for the day I ordered my products. Have they even shipped?
