I had to put a complaint in about Petersfield beefeater I didnt give me half of my stuff. Onion rings or the chicken breast was a joke then the run up the head office told him the stories give me a £20 voucher use somewhere else I want to other place were been abused before by the temporary manager saying he hates people getting free vouchers or birthday vouchers, and telling me Ive got a pay extra said you could have anything else so I had to go to this place again Fareham in Hampshire near Alton so I waste all my petrol driving there the nearest one and it has a sign out to say its closed only for guest only certain time the public got a lot allowed in like me so go into the hotel people speak to the manager he said well on our website.
Im looking on website public so I went all the way for nothing. All my petrol used up was a joke and lucky I did go in there because if I didnt give my registration number, I already got a fine ticket on my car so came my mind was telling me your registration number for a pound fineIm sick and tired of the way Ive been treated by the beefy staff abused by especially that manager

Bad customer service and parking charges
Put in reg still received £100 parking fine to be told by Hannah manager not her problem its a third party and the system has glitches
