Very rude and unhelpful employees in the service department. Not just on one occasion but at 5 separate incidents. unwilling to help. They don't even try to be nice. they tend to cut you off short in conversations and could not carless of a customers needs. They always play ignorant if you ask a question and give you the deer in the head lights look. I am now taking me Subaru to the Kings Auto Mall for a problem I am having even though it means driving an extra 50 miles. I love my car. And if I ever get a new one it will be a Subaru I just wont buy from Beachmont Subaru in Cincinnati, Ohio.
