So disappointed. We've tried everything we can think of to keep this alarm from going off for no reason, but it continues to vibrate when there is no wetness.
We've used the recommended batteries, but they've made no difference. After a month of trying different things, including buying a second cord, the only thing this has accomplished is to bring my son to tears and frustrate me and my husband beyond belief. I will be researching again and I'll spend the extra money to get something that works.
Also, changing the settings from alarm to vibrate or both its difficult. It's put in the battery compartment behind the batteries and impossible tho reach if the batteries are in and difficult even if they're out. Waste of money.

Received faulty product but missed return deadline of 30 days. Be sure to return promptly if yours isn't functioning as expected.
I have previously used another brand with another older child and the sensors worked perfectly.
However with this brand the sensor would go off for no reason when there was no wetness or not go off reliably if she did start to wet bed. The purchase has led to extra arguments in our house due to the alarm always going off and my 9 year old daughter not want to use a product she seems 'stupid'.
