I have had the mattress for 5 months. I wake up with mid back pain, low back pain, and headaches EVRYDAY since getting this bed.
I have tried every number for days at a time trying to get comfortable. When I decided it was hopeless, I was a day over the trial return date. I am stuck with this crap and still paying it off. the mattress slides from bottom box spring.
I go to the chiropractor more often than I should and I even told him that I had no idea why it is making me worse. Not even he approved the bed.

Bob Mills on his commercials indicate that their are no shoppers stalkers at Bob Mills Furniture! So what do you call an employee that meets you at the door and follow you throughout the store as you attempt to look.
You can’t talk to your wife without being interrupted. I call that a shopper stalker.
Next problem the two (2) beds we purchased from Bob Mills came with a 25 year warranty, but since Bob Mills no longer sell that product, we had to go to the manufacturer and they won’t stand behind their products and now we paid over $3000.00 for beds that we can’t sleep in. I’m going on two years sleeping in a recliner.

Box spring started to tear apart after having three weeks. I have rescheduled three times via text messages.
Horrible way to communicate as my schedule was not in agreement and so I called all three times. Spoke with Marco today July 14th. (identified himself as a store manager) didn't want to give the last name. His apologies for my inconvenience does not resolve the issue.
I understand issues to arise, however, you need to call the customer. You would call the customer is they were late in payment!!! Will never shop there again.
The entire situation is an inconvenience and Value City Furniture didn't care about me as a customer. Regina Jett 404-402-0426
Living Spaces - Beware ordering for out of state delivery

7/2/19...ordered a king bedroom set online for out of state delivery. There are no brick and mortar stores in my state.
Huge mistake...bed arrived with storage drawer broken and no hardware to put it together. It took a week before anyone even contacted us about the hardware. If my husband wasn't able to figure out the parts to buy and assemble it himself, we would have been sleeping on the floor for at least a week. They refused to refund our delivery charge too.
We got the impression they had no way of resolving out of state delivery issues.
Horrible customer service and awful experience with Living Spaces. We would never buy from them again.
