Still waiting for the last of my order after 16 months.

Ordered a bedroom set on 4/10/21. Product was noted as "in stock" for "8-10 weeks delivery", which was why it was selected. Two months later (on 6/7/21) I was told there some pieces in the local warehouse, but no delivery date was known for the "rails and nightstands." I approved partial delivery, and these components were delivered (damaged) on 7/10/21 (after several more delivery delays.) That was when we found our "rails" basically meant the entire bed. Rails (the rest of the bed) and nightstands were finally promised on 12/28/21 but they arrived missing one nightstand. The missing nightstand was finally located and delivered on 1/5/22, but was missing a trim piece. Multiple delivery dates have been promised and not met ever since. It is now 8/31/22, 16 MONTHS after the order was placed, and I still don't have anything. Dozens of promise dates missed. No control over their supply chain. Zero concern for their customers. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Customers should steer well clear of bedroomfurniturediscounts.com.

VERY LONG WAIT TIME AND EMPLOYER DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ITS EMPLOYEES

To anyone who thinks of purchasing from this company, my advice is: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, PATIENCE, AND MONEY on this company. I was one of their so-called Success Managers so I know how things work here. The Sales people would tell you it takes 4-6 weeks for your order to get to your house, but the reality is that there are orders from 2020 that have not been fulfilled until now despite them being already paid in full. Most pieces would show to be in stock on their website but in actuality they are not. And when the so-called Success Managers reach out to the vendor for an update, it takes months before they are made available and the estimated ship dates always change. When the furniture becomes available at the manufacturers warehouse, it takes another 8-10 weeks for it to be transported to the local delivery warehouse, most of which arrive damaged when checked at the local delivery warehouse and would take MONTHS again to be available at the manufacturers warehouse. But even if the furniture is in good condition when it arrives at the local delivery warehouse, it would still take a few more weeks before they get scheduled for delivery because their partner delivery companies also suck! Generally, the average wait time for a furniture to be delivered from the time it is ordered is not 4-6 weeks but 8-10 MONTHS, sometimes even longer! Also, the pieces are made from low quality materials in Asia and are purchased for more than half the price but are more than doubled when sold to customers. It would be better to purchase your furniture directly elsewhere. I know all this because I worked as one of their SUCCESS MANAGERS who didnt care about how their customers felt because they had no choice but to just wait until the furniture becomes available at the manufacturers warehouse, yet we would just tell our customers that the order is already available or in transit so as not to lose the order. Also, would you support a company that overworks its employees, making them work for over 60 hours per week but only pays them 55 hours per week maximum and not leave them a choice because they have emails and communications to respond to otherwise their daily task would not be accomplished? We almost didnt have a life outside of work because they exhausted us everyday and when we were done with our tasks, we wouldnt have any more time to spend it with our loved ones because we would need to sleep for a few hours and wake up again the following day just to do the same things over again. Also, would you help a company that sells pieces with the prices doubled yet pays its employees $5 per hour, when it was originally $8 just because more customers are deciding to cancel because of their lack of transparency and inconsistencies? The decision is yours. But again, THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. Your patience will definitely be tested if youll order from them so better purchase your furniture elsewhere. Furthermore, this company decided to not pay me my unused VLs for the entire 2021, even if I rightfully earned them and did not use any of my leaves because I allotted for them to be converted to cash, and despite being told by their HR personnel that I would still be eligible for it and that they were just waiting for an approval from the higher-ups, which unfortunately did not happen. Would you support such company who does things like that even to people who worked for them and got orders completed? If they do not care for their employees that much, how much more their customers? So before you decide to place an order with this company, THINK AGAIN!
