Only if you sort their reviews from low to high, do you get to see the real comments. The rest are all made by comment farms who leave 5 stars with names like Cindy, Sheldon, Jack, Bob, you get the drift.
This is one of the WORST companies I have dealt with in my life.
Youll see a common thread in the low rated comments -
1. Shipping takes months, sometimes close to a year if youre incredibly unlucky.
2. Horrible customer service (they are just the in-betweens for communication and have 0 power to help), refund charges, and in general sneaky tactics to hold on to as much of the refund as they can.
3. The mysterious escaping furniture.
My mirror and chest were lost at the delivery partner warehouse. Many others have commented about this phenomenon. Then you can order another piece, and that takes months.
Unfortunately, these reviews dont help online customers, its the business model and not this particular company thats to blame. If Emmamason/Bedroom Furniture Discounts loose their reputation, all they have to do is rename the company anything else - discount furniture mall, and start afresh.
Buy a few hundred 5 star reviews from the comment farms I mentioned above, and theyre set!
Ive since canceled the Mirror for my Dresser that was misplaced by the delivery company since the re-order would take another few months as per Bedroom Furniture Discounts.
I was promised a full refund and have only received half of the refund back.
As another commenter mentioned, Ill make it my mission too to post a review on every online review spot. I hope it saves even one person the loss, aggravation, and stress.

Ordered a bedroom set on 4/10/21. Product was noted as "in stock" for "8-10 weeks delivery", which was why it was selected.
Two months later (on 6/7/21) I was told there some pieces in the local warehouse, but no delivery date was known for the "rails and nightstands." I approved partial delivery, and these components were delivered (damaged) on 7/10/21 (after several more delivery delays.) That was when we found our "rails" basically meant the entire bed. Rails (the rest of the bed) and nightstands were finally promised on 12/28/21 but they arrived missing one nightstand. The missing nightstand was finally located and delivered on 1/5/22, but was missing a trim piece. Multiple delivery dates have been promised and not met ever since.
It is now 8/31/22, 16 MONTHS after the order was placed, and I still don't have anything. Dozens of promise dates missed. No control over their supply chain. Zero concern for their customers.
This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Customers should steer well clear of bedroomfurniturediscounts.com.

I bought a bedroom set for my son in may and by august I still havent received it . They keep postponing and lying on the delivery dates , they say it went to their local delivery place but then I call again and they say it will take 1-3 weeks to get there .
It is a terrible company , I would understand if I was late due to COVID or whatever but they do not even inform about anything unless you reach out , then they keep flaking . When I decided to cancel they want to charge me $600 for a cancellation fee on a $1100 purchase

I need to share my "Wonderful experience"
for the purchase of furniture with the Bedroom Furniture Discount store.
I was sworn lying assured that these are high-quality leather sets from Acme, at a great price and treble. With a Special white glove delivery nice, and clean.
But just a waiting time-3 months. Ok, since the virus decided to complicate our life, we will adapt. 3 months I was promised that the furniture is on, checked for quality and safety, finally delivered! Broken!
Seats - not connected - with backrest, The bolts were shorter than necessary. At the back - they forgot to make a zipper to open the lock and drill holes for the bolts. Instead of wood, plastic. And instead of leather - Vinyl!
Instead of 2 sofas: Total-1. Second- It is also tested for strength and quality Now for my attempts to change them - for another set I was offered - to add another $3000. 00
And for the return of this "Masterpiece" they will withhold -30% of the cost and delivery. Plus their white gloves special delivery, which was 6 hours, without any success, bc hardware was missing and wrong sizes.
A lot of mess, and stress. Even for a nice delivery guys. What a Special, Unique, Super, Professional Customers Service!
There managers Jenette Collarte "generously" offered me a $ 150 discount and a warranty on ALREADY BROKEN Furniture ... Mervin Factor, was nice until the problems came, disappeared.
Leaving his deputy, John, who has a rare talent for knocking out in a second. Here is such a Merry company, in such a Merry story. Do not buy anything from them! Never!
Run - Without looking back, and do not believe - not one promise!
And not just one word! And $$$ will be safe and sound

VERY LONG WAIT TIME AND EMPLOYER DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ITS EMPLOYEES
To anyone who thinks of purchasing from this company, my advice is: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, PATIENCE, AND MONEY on this company. I was one of their so-called Success Managers so I know how things work here.
The Sales people would tell you it takes 4-6 weeks for your order to get to your house, but the reality is that there are orders from 2020 that have not been fulfilled until now despite them being already paid in full. Most pieces would show to be in stock on their website but in actuality they are not. And when the so-called Success Managers reach out to the vendor for an update, it takes months before they are made available and the estimated ship dates always change. When the furniture becomes available at the manufacturers warehouse, it takes another 8-10 weeks for it to be transported to the local delivery warehouse, most of which arrive damaged when checked at the local delivery warehouse and would take MONTHS again to be available at the manufacturers warehouse.
But even if the furniture is in good condition when it arrives at the local delivery warehouse, it would still take a few more weeks before they get scheduled for delivery because their partner delivery companies also suck! Generally, the average wait time for a furniture to be delivered from the time it is ordered is not 4-6 weeks but 8-10 MONTHS, sometimes even longer!
Also, the pieces are made from low quality materials in Asia and are purchased for more than half the price but are more than doubled when sold to customers. It would be better to purchase your furniture directly elsewhere.
I know all this because I worked as one of their SUCCESS MANAGERS who didnt care about how their customers felt because they had no choice but to just wait until the furniture becomes available at the manufacturers warehouse, yet we would just tell our customers that the order is already available or in transit so as not to lose the order.
Also, would you support a company that overworks its employees, making them work for over 60 hours per week but only pays them 55 hours per week maximum and not leave them a choice because they have emails and communications to respond to otherwise their daily task would not be accomplished? We almost didnt have a life outside of work because they exhausted us everyday and when we were done with our tasks, we wouldnt have any more time to spend it with our loved ones because we would need to sleep for a few hours and wake up again the following day just to do the same things over again.
Also, would you help a company that sells pieces with the prices doubled yet pays its employees $5 per hour, when it was originally $8 just because more customers are deciding to cancel because of their lack of transparency and inconsistencies? The decision is yours. But again, THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. Your patience will definitely be tested if youll order from them so better purchase your furniture elsewhere.
Furthermore, this company decided to not pay me my unused VLs for the entire 2021, even if I rightfully earned them and did not use any of my leaves because I allotted for them to be converted to cash, and despite being told by their HR personnel that I would still be eligible for it and that they were just waiting for an approval from the higher-ups, which unfortunately did not happen.
Would you support such company who does things like that even to people who worked for them and got orders completed?
If they do not care for their employees that much, how much more their customers? So before you decide to place an order with this company, THINK AGAIN!

Horrid experience
I ordered a bedroom dresser after calling them to make sure they had it. I was told it was at another warehouse and would take 4-8 weeks, but that they could get it.
I ordered the piece and was then told that they couldn't deliver to my home and I had to find a shipping dock to receive it. I did so and gave them the information. They then proceeded to delay the shipment by another month three times.
I still haven't gotten it. AVOaI want a refund ack.AVOID

Placed an order with this company and it took 7 weeks to deliver. I was called 3 weeks after ordering and told its out of stock and I would need to wait.
When it finally came it was damaged. I had to call for 3 weeks straight each time waiting on hold just to get the run around. The will not repair or replace the product. Do not do business with them!
They are quick to answer the sales line but if you have an issue you will be transferred over and over again until you give up. Next time i will be sure to do my research before ordering from a shady company like this.
