Delivery VERY slow
I ordered over $2000 worth of bedroom furniture. The invoice and salesperson said the furniture would be in the store in 1-2 weeks.
The salesperson said they would deliver it "no problem". When the furniture comes in, the store calls and says it will be TWO ADDITIONAL weeks before they can deliver the furniture. They said that's the earliest they had a truck coming our way! Not acceptable.
I can understand giving a few days, even 5 business days to get the furniture scheduled for delivery, but not two weeks! I called and raised heck with them and let them know I would keep this in mind the next time I purchased furniture.
I also let them know I went to another store and dropped 14 grand and they missed out on that. Suddenly, they were able to get our bed and dresser delivered in three business days!

I rate you at below zero !!!!!! My family and our entire street of 5000sq ft to 7000sft homes ordered furniture from your stores .
I have 5000$ dollars in a new bedroom set and the slats from my bed were never delivered .
Lies from sales and management. I enjoy sleeping next to my Sedona bedroom set on on my new mattress from Denver mattress net to my new bed .

Purchased the Olivia doll house twin over full on December 7th mid day and went next door to Denver mattress and purchased mattresses and accessories needed to go with it. Returned with trailer and picked everything up, took home and unloaded everything into an empty bedroom and returned to work.
After work began opening boxes and setting out pieces from box 1/5 to 5/5. Did not find any hardware to assemble the pieces, thoroughly searched every box and then contacted store to be told the hardware would be in box 3/5. Searched boxes again and then drove back to the store as they were closing shortly and I needed the hardware right then. Employee stated would be 1-2 weeks to get hardware as they do not have any in stock.
I then told the employee that I would be returning the set in the morning as we needed this immediately and did not have time to wait. When I returned home I did a full check of all boxes again to be sure that I had not missed it somehow. I then decided to look over the pieces in case the hardware was strapped to a piece and found that almost all pieces were damaged in one way or another including some severe water damage to several pieces so I looked at the boxes again this time to seek out any obvious water damage to the boxes which I did not find any evident on the packaging. Today December 8th I returned to the store to return the Olivia doll house and was not offered an exchange or an alternate set or anything to fix this situation.
Employees just processed refund through the finance company and asked me to pull around back and unload the kit. Then when unloading the employee says well it rained a couple of days ago! Did you leave it outside? HELLO I JUST BOUGHT IT LAST NIGHT AND TOOK IT STRAIGHT HOME!
One would have thought a business of supposed high standard would have taken the proper time to address the issue and work with the customer to resolve the issue rather than ok we will cancel the transaction Now here I am back at square one with no bunk bed set for the girls. Although I now have some mattresses from Denver mattress that appear to be of good quality but I need to go home and inspect them also after the problems with the Olivia doll house from bedroom expressions in furniture row
Delivery man harassed girlfriend
The company saw my complaint and contacted me immediately. They agreed to refund my delivery fees and offered a personal apology to my girlfriend.
I bought a new mattress and bed frame for my girl friend on May 2nd and they were delivered May 9th to her house while she was home alone. One of the employees who delivered the frame behaved in an entirely unprofessional and unethical manner.
When he was putting the bed together he blocked off the exit to her bedroom with boxsprings so she was unable to leave the room, which made her feel uncomfortable. Then he proceeded to tell my girl friend how much he hated his job and that he was about to quit. He started hitting on her and told her that he was going to make really good money. Next he asked to take her out for drinks and to come play kickball with him this weekend.
At that point she explained she was not interested and had a boyfriend but that maybe I would be interested in playing kickball with him. Her curt replay stopped his advances, but she was very unhappy about the whole situation he placed her in.
I am appalled and infuriated that an employee would sexually harass my girl friend during a delivery! When I spend $1500 I expect that my girl friend will not hit on and made uncomfortable in her own home!
