I purchased an electric blanket by Biddeford shortly after moving into my new apt July 2018. Though I live in north Texas I still get cold easily so when I’m on the couch I have had it on most days.
Just when it decided to get super super cold outside here my controller has stopped working and of course the targets in my area are sold out. I haven’t even had this thing for a year and the controller has already gone out!
That’s just not right!! I have one at my parents but unfortunately they live 3.5 hours away so it’s not use to me here!

The sheets are if very poor quality and the material actually just wore out and tore. I have NEVER had this happen with any other sheets I’ve bought.
When I went into the sleep number store to complain the clerk said yes that was a problem ther were aware of and they had redesigned the sheets BUT she offered me nothing in compensation. Just expected me to buy mite of their horrible sheets at a ridiculous high price
Biddeford Blankets - Heated Throw Lasted 5 Hours Before Dying

Purchased at JC Penney on a Sunday afternoon at 4:00. The heated throw died by 11:00 that night.
Controller started blinking red. Unplugged the throw, plugged it back in, and it won't work. Read dozens of reviews similar to this, sadly after I purchased the throw. Manufacturer will take the throw back, but I have to pay for the shipping.
Takes about 15 days round trip.
Ought to be here by Spring.....just in time to put away in the closet for next Winter. DO NOT BUY!

My blanket stopped working. I called customer service.
They said I have to pay for the return shipping which costs just as much as the blanket. It costs the same to just buy a new one and it's a lot faster, too.
