TERRIBLE CHEAP CHINA PRODUCTS, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Color differed from site; box arrived damaged.
- Return shipping was charged; a free return form was promised.

I ordered bedding from the Bedding Superstore and it was a totally different color than shown on the website and it came in a severly damaged box. When I called customer service to request a return (because a form doesn't come in the box) I was told I would have to pay for return shipping.
I asked them where it stated that I was responsible for it and they said it stated that in their Return Policy, which it did not. After reading the Return Policy to the Manager she very rudely stated that she would send a return form allowing free return shipping then promptly hung up on me. Their customer service is extremely rude and they argue with you about everything. I will NEVER order order from them and will tell others not to also!
The only reason I gave them one star was because you can't give them no stars. HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE COMPANY....STAY AWAY!!!

I have been looking for bedding for quit sometime and finally found one I loved. I called to answer some questions about some bedding and the experience I had was amazing.
They answered the phone promptly and answered my questions. I had a lot of question for them and they answered each and every question with a friendly voice. I never felt like I was taking up their time or was a bother. They encouraged me to ask any other questions I had.
Received my bedding within the expected time frame and was more than thrilled with it. Wonderful Company.

False advertising

www.beddingsuperstore.com advertised a Calais by Isabella duvet cover. When I ordered it the site showed a beautiful floral embroidered duvet cover.
I received a dull jacquard cover for which I paid over $700. When I contacted the site the customer service rep responded that all orders are final as they are made to order. Since then they have changed the advertised item to display what you will really get for your $700 which is the ugly jacquard I received.
That is false advertising and a cover up for their dishonesty. For that kind of money, you should get exactly what you want.
