Misleading and False Return Policy - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

On its website, this company offers a guarantee of a full refund for new, unused, unopened merchandise returned within 14 days. After checking the return policy as I always do with companies I have not used before, I ordered a heater from them.

Our trip was cancelled and I had no use for the heater, which had just been delivered and the shipping carton was still unopened. When I called to get the Return Authorization, I was informed that I should have scrolled down to the bottom of the Returns page, which lists the exclusions from the return policy, which includes most of their merchandise, including my item. When I objected, saying I had not scrolled down after reading the first paragraph which assures customers of their money back guarantee, I was again refused, first by the phone tech, then by a supervisor.

This company's website is completely misleading and unethical. I want to return this unopened, unboxed item for a full refund, as described in the first paragraph of the company's Returns page.
