Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They checked one or more grease levels.

We went here today, 2/19/24, for a 4:00 appointment. This was for an oil change, lube job, tire rotation and general check up.

At least 3 people there were told we wanted only 100% synthetic oil used. At 5:15, we were notified it was done, and then we noticed the invoice/ work order did not say synthetic oil, in fact the oil type used was cleverly concealed behind a part number no one seemed to be able to decifer. Brian said the tech used synthetic oil, but we had not been charged for it. The 2015 Jeep Renegade owners manual specifically says to use ONLY synthetic oil, and therefore our warrantee would be void if we had engine trouble.

In addition, Brian said they do NOT check the differentials, transfer case, etc at all. We went here to get it done right, WRONG.

Now we have to take it somewhere reliable to get the fluids checked and have the correct oil put in. This place is a rip off and also has terribly slow service.

Preferred solution: Becks to be required to show what oil they used on invoice, the correct oil in my Jeep, compenation for my time and miles to get it done, an explination of how this happened
