Senior Project & Corporate Management - brings Disgrace to Company & Construction industry

BECHTEL Corporation / BECHTEL Group construction company (current Resources/Defence/Civil contracts in Australia) are a very Toxic culture, Incompetent & extremely Deceitful organisation whose Senior Project management & Global Head office corporate management have absolutely No Idea what they are doing; have Zero Real leadership attributes; Consistently Ineffective to make Decisions; Deliberately not Resolve Complaints in order to avoid any Accountability; and repeatedly display Unethical conduct including Lack of Integrity. Bechtel’s displayed VALUES & TRAITS = Deliberately do Not actually Solve any Problems due to their Incompetence as all they do is only FACILITATE Projects between Clients & Subcontractors (again to avoid any Accountability) and overcharge Clients a lot of money for doing very Little as a ‘Middle business’ that is Not required & can be done away with which would save Clients massive amounts of $$$ money. Bechtel HUMAN RESOURCES departments ILLEGALLY Exploits Foreign Workers Visa processes by Deliberately avoiding Local/State territories hire suitably qualified personnel; Discriminates against people’s background/race/religion; Misrepresents staffing information; Misleads advice to the general public; Insult people’s intelligence; Humiliates people in front of others; Displays Inferior competence; Flawed recruitment processes; and Deliberately Deceitful in work avoidance. Bechtel SITE Senior managers only Preaches its company Values & Traits = BUT it's all only just Lip Service as None of them ‘walk the talk’ and have absolutely No Idea what Real Leadership is. Employees are Only treated as another Number, hence, Bechtel have absolutely No interest in Quality nor care about how they treat their Staff & Contractor relationships. BECHTEL practices repeatedly STEALS ‘Ideas & Plans’ from their very Competent Junior staff whom are then Unfairly dismissed if they are Not liked ‘personally’ or seen as a ‘threat’ to Senior management, hence, Individual Employee ‘Performance’ has absolute No Bearing in terms of Staff retention and Reassignment transfers within Company. BECHTEL also STEAL ‘Ideas & Plans’ from their Subcontractors and then BECHTEL take Credit for it and Charge Extortion prices for their Facilitating services, hence, BECHTEL Senior Project Management’s conduct Repeatedly exercises THEFT of CREDIT from other People’s hard work. BECHTEL repeatedly Embellishes their Data by providing FALSE Safety Incidents INJURIES & FATALITIES reports in order to Misrepresent & Deceitfully gain further Project contractor work as well as Avoiding & minimising payment of Injury compensation. As an example, the WHEATSTONE project suffered recent Cost Blowout going from initial AUD$29 Billion to projected increase to AUD$ 44 Billion = the root Cause being that both CHEVRON & BECHTEL Senior Project management have absolutely NO idea what they are doing; but they are more than happy to have the Project’s completion Delayed by 2+ Years and also be Over-budget in terms of their own Individual Massive SALARIES for doing very Little as a ‘Boys Club’. There are now Bigger, Smarter & more Professional corporations Other than BECHTEL = whom are Now winning Tier ONE contracts over/from Bechtel, hence, Bechtel corporation days are numbered – BYE BYE Bechtel !
