Never received my items

Hi I ordered from BOA and my first order came in a timely manner. I loved the quality of the items I ordered so I placed another order(and their clothes are not cheap.

I spent almost $300.

I placed the order in November and here it February and I never received my items. Trying to find a number for their customer service is Mission Impossible!
