Resolved: They never got back to me regarding defective product sent to me in July and I am pissed

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.

I phoned weeks ago after a letter they wrote me in response to my written complaint about my July order in which the panties they sent me were coming apart on the right side only. The letter said that they had to check with their production manager. I have heard nothing since and have been wearing the defective product all along! At this point I feel I should not have to pay for the next delivery of panties. The make sure.

Can’t get a refund Even though I return the product.

Even though I returned the product. I still cant get a refund. OK so I got a trial package up because it only had to pay the shipping for 249 which I did then a big package which I didnt know I was authorizing came and it was $28 they charge my account. I sent the package back it cost $16 and change. They still have not sent me a refund so they got the product back and it was paid for. I would never do business

When in rehab after hip replacement and in need of incontinence products, I ordered from Because. Inadvertently, I must have agreed to an ongoing delivery of a product I needed for only a short time. I have called twice to cancel, but i continued to be charged. They sugested i give unused pads to nursing home. I cannot afford this kind of charity. Please help.
