Poor costomer service and business practices
I have been a customer at Beautymaster for the last four years, and because i lived quite away from them i would spend around $100.00 each trip. (around nine trips a year).
on my LAST (very last) trip there i tried to return a $3.00 pair of earrings, that i discovered when i got home had a defect and was not useable, and was told in no uncertain terms i could not, and had them less then two weeks. This was a slap in my face and all the black women that shop there, because it just goes to show how much they DON'T respect us or our business, because they have seen how they have been able to get away with it. Many of the wig shops require us to pay $0.25 to $1.00 for wigs caps to try on their products, this is outrageous, ask yourself do you have to pay for the footie at shoe stores to try on shoes? The answer is NO!
No other business require you to purchase anything before trying on their merchandise and limit you to how much you can try on. These people has gotten RICH off of us and still do not RESPECT US...WAKE UP BLACK WOMEN AND LET US START DEMANDING THEY RESPECT US....OR LET'S STOP SPENDING OUR MONEY IN PLACES LIKE THESE!!!!!
