I placed an order with Beauty Joint and had a great experience. They actually care about their customers which is extremely rare these days.

Ingrid actually followed up with my order a few days later. I am pleased with my purchase and with their customer service. The product I ordered was so adorable - it was a bunny mist spray facial refresher.

It was very carefully wrapped and arrived in perfect condition. I know that there are a lot of complaints out there about Walmart Market Place and rightly so - but this is one company that stands out above the rest, I would definitely purchase from them again no problem.

Do NOT order from there from USA either

I ordered nail polish. The polish was not the texture or the color of the exact titled nail polish that you can purchase in the store.

They sent me watery polish and not the color stated on the label. They are a sham.

I contacted their customer service department and was told the fault is not with them but with the brand name. I have been buying this brand name for years.

I have purchased this exact color for years. There is no possible way that the corporation who makes this product sent out a product with poor quality (watery) and a wrong color (not the '420 Pacific Blue' as stated on the label).

If I may I just wanna say something about beautyjoint. DO NOT order from that website if you are international.

I had quite a horrible experience, spent over 100 dollars on a particular shipment, never received my products and they didn't care. I am aware that they state they are not responsible for International orders, but I also knew of quite a few cases they did refund the credit. It just bothers me that they don't treat everyone equally because they only offered me 25% and in store credit meaning I had to make yet another order and pay more shipping. There are many bad experiences on the net about this.

I say: Be Warned.

Terrible. Quite possibly the worst Customer Service ever.
