Got a text from my bank for suspicious activity. After speaking with my bank it was determined that for the second month in a row you have charged me for something I have no idea about.

- - I was charged on a debit card I hadn't used.
- - They asked for all my information when I emailed.
- - I want an authority contact and reimbursement for time.
I've never used this website and haven't used my debit card in a long time, but they tried to charge my card. Then, when I emailed them, they asked for all my information.
Are they dumb? Or do they just think I am? We need some sort of authority to contact to deal with these internet scammers.
Whenever this happens, I have to close my card and wait for a new one, and it's really a hassle. I want reimbursement for time loss and aggravation!

- - The sites had identical layouts: BlissBeauty.co and BeautyDocks.co.
I was alerted and I observed a single charge from this site. That I have never heard or or used ever.
I emailed them which is the only means of communication. They wrote back stating they required the last 4 digits and the first 6 digits of my card. I don't think so. That HST there wast is pretty well all the numbers of my card I say back.
