This company has ripped my husband off and has disappeared out of sight

My husband back in mid January bought me this eye serum for my 71st birthday. It was suppose to reduce bags around the orbital areas under my eyes. The day I received it, the pump was broken on it so I tried a little on my palm by taking the top off. The serum did nothing so I contacted the company and they replied to my email and I returned the item the next day to the same address I received it from. I received the tracking number but heard nothing from the company after they received the item back on the 27th of January. It had a 30 day money back guarantee and I knew I had returned the item in plenty of time for them to honor the guarantee. We called the company and they assured us we would get a refund again we heard nothing after weeks went by, we wrote again and they started saying we called the wrong company, we kept emailing them and got no response. When we e-mailed them the umpteenth time our emails said default. All of a sudden this company disappeared into thin air. More then likely they took our money and ran. We got so disgusted we got the Better Business Bureau involved. People beware. Don't deal with this place. It is called Beautyrehabrx. They called their product 2 minute eye lift. It is a rip off in every sense of the word. Now you can see that I had a problem from the beginning. I sent the product back to you the very next day and the tracking number said you received it on the 23rd of January. We are still waiting for a refund. My husband has sent you all the information so you can see for yourselves it was sent back to you. We expect a refund of the purchase price.
