Returned products for refund and membership refund. It has been just about a month now waiting.

Im disgusted with beauty pie stealing money as i suffer from epilepsy and take a load of seizures already and if i am under stress or have anxiety i have lots more seizures and so i have been takin multiple seizures constantly for 3 days now as this is the second time my money has been stolen and yous have done nothing to sort it or even tried to give me my money bck yous have stolen my shopping money a bills that I need to pay !!! I demand my money bck before I contact my lawyer and gt police to look into it all

Item did not arrive, I emailed they said it would be resolved 5-7 days later, it wasn't 19 days later I had to phone them. Thanks to this pissed company I got their phone number.

Because I was tricked into paying £10 monthly subscription fee. I thought it was a one-off payment but you seem to be collecting that monthly.

- Missing parcel with Royal Mail is being investigated and a refund is in progress.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
Full amount for subscription taken without prior notice and parcel has gone missing with Royal Mail. The customer service department were fantastic and a refund is being sorted and they are looking into where my parcel has gone . Very pleased with the very polite and professional service I received
