My goods which were ordered 2 weeks ago have not arrived. Obviously lost.

The phone lines have been discontinued and there is no response via email.

Terrible service. I am cancelling my subscription.

Managed to get a refund thank goodness

Item did not arrive , I had to chase them.

Item did not arrive, I emailed they said it would be resolved 5-7 days later, it wasn't 19 days later I had to phone them. Thanks to this pissed company I got their phone number.

I never received the lipsticks I paid for

I never received the lipsticks I ordered from you so I would appreciate a refund of the 59.00 membership I paid for since clearly your company is not legitimate. I accidentally deleted all my emails so please find my account using either my name or phone number.

Because I was tricked into paying £10 monthly subscription fee. I thought it was a one-off payment but you seem to be collecting that monthly.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.

Full amount for subscription taken without prior notice and parcel has gone missing with Royal Mail. The customer service department were fantastic and a refund is being sorted and they are looking into where my parcel has gone . Very pleased with the very polite and professional service I received

I am tryin hard to find ou where is my order.

On or around the first part of July, I ordered products totalling 78 dollars and some change. To date I have not received my order, even though my credit card was billed and the order has already been paid for.

I would like to have the items as purchased. If that's not possible, please call me at 352 236 ****. I will be awaiting your call. The e mails have only created confusion, not resolutions.

I need your help with this. Thank you.
