I am tryin hard to find ou where is my order.

On or around the first part of July, I ordered products totalling 78 dollars and some change. To date I have not received my order, even though my credit card was billed and the order has already been paid for. I would like to have the items as purchased. If that's not possible, please call me at 352 236 ****. I will be awaiting your call. The e mails have only created confusion, not resolutions. I need your help with this. Thank you. Vicki C. Walden

Resolved: About subscription and parcel gone missing

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.

Full amount for subscription taken without prior notice and parcel has gone missing with Royal Mail. The customer service department were fantastic and a refund is being sorted and they are looking into where my parcel has gone . Very pleased with the very polite and professional service I received
