Internet scam

Saw the add for free sample of wrinkle cream...only charge is $5 shipping. Once they had all the required info I received a call regarding a weight loss product again free trial only $5 shipping and handling.

Spoke to their rep who immediately transferred me to the "wrinkle cream" rep who said my order has not yet been processed. So I called by credit card company and guess what! the order HAD been submitted. Fortunately I was able to cancel this purchase through the credit card.

What a scam.

Guess in very fine print it states that if you do not cancel the order within a period of time you get to pay for the entire purchase...well over $200. Shame on Dr Oz and Meegan Kelly for adding support to this ***

Scary Company

I saw the ad which showed Megyn Kelly with Dr. Oz and suggested it was Megyn's product which appeared to have Dr.

Oz's endorsement. I ordered 2 products which the ad said consumers could try for approximately $5/each. To my surprise, a couple week's later I got a notice from my credit card that this company had tried to charge my card $89 for the product. The credit card company provided a phone number 800-586-****.

I called the number and the representative said that the small print said that if I failed to return the product in a certain period of time they would bill my card, but they would stop billing me if I returned the product. I got 2 cancellation notices on my phone for the product(s) which they listed by name. However, there was no company name or the name of the sender on the notices. The person who answered the phone gave me 2 return identifier numbers and an address: Beauty Labs Dist.

at 43 S. Powerline Rd. #705., Pompano Beach, Fla. 33069-****.

I packaged the product for mailing. The post office said there was no such address to send it to. I called the company again and spoke to "Ashley" who re-confirmed the address. I told her I couldn't mail the product because there was no such address.

She said they would no longer bill me. This is a scam.

I plan to contact the attorney general's office. SRice

Internet Scam

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

You think you're buying a $5 trial size, but then they start charging your credit card $90 to $100 monthly, hoping that at least a few of their victims won't notice the charges until it's too late. If you look on their website beautylabs.com for contact info, it lists a bogus office address in London and a customer service number 855.864.2976 and email address support@***.com.

Sending a message to the email address generates a robot-reply that says to call the phone number.

Calling the phone number plays a recording that says to send a message to the email address. And the monthly charges will keep coming to your credit card.

Deceptive Practice

I ordered what I thought was a 30 day trial, just pay the shipping. Right.....WRONG.

I didn't like the product and put it away in a cabinet and forgot about it. The almost impossible print says you have to cancel before the 14 days is up. I was charged $80.00 for a 30 day supply of a cream that does not perform the miracle they claimed. True, I didn't read that little condition.

Oh my goodness, $80. for a 30 day supply of any cream is crazy.. DO NOT GET SUCKERED BY THIS COMPANY.

They absolutely refuse to adjust the charges, even if I return the unused portion which is a full jar. BAD, BAD, BAD

Beauty Labs has a consumer phone number but it is only a recording stating you need to contact Beauty Labs at support@***.com. You will never receive a response.

Very frustrating and something you would expect from a scammer. Don't buy anything from this company and if anyone is interested or aware of a class action lawsuit...please let me know.

Huge charges for FREE product

I ordered the FREE trial beauty labs anti aging serum & the FREE trial perfect age anti wrinkle cream. I agreed only to a $5 each shipping & handling.

Then I see on my credit card statement that I have been charged $89.63 for each product! Because I didn't see my statement soon enough, I received another shipment of both products, and again my credit card was charged. I did not sign up for auto shipments of product. And efforts to contact this company are impossible.

No phone # to call. No response to e-mails. The "contact us" tab is useless. .

.it goes nowhere. I would like to return all product & be reimbursed. I dispute all charges (except for the agreed to $10 shipping charge on the first FREE order).

This truly is a scam. Do not deal with this company.

Bait and switch

bait you with "free trial" then if you don't cancel within 14 days of ordering they charge you $86 a pop and continue monthly... You need to read all terms and conditions of any so called free offer carefully.

Their counting on you not doing your due diligence and reading the T&C. The kicker is if you get a refund after the 14 day its' about half of what you were charged and guess what you aggreed to it all by not reading the T&C.

You bet option is file a dispute with your bank and let them handle it. Change your card # too.

Beauty Labs - Skin Care Product Review from Duluth, Minnesota

I ordered skin care from beauty labs and they continued charging me $86 a month for more. I did not sign up to be a monthly member.

I ordered it 1 time to see if it was as fantastic as they claim. It was no better than something I can get over the counter. I called and have not been able to get a hold of anyone. I sent an email, there was no response there either.

I finally had to go to my bank and ask them to stop any further charges from this company.

This company is a scam. They get your account info so they can continue taking money out.

My issue was not resolved, I could not get a hold of anyone, they continued billing me. I had to go to the bank several times and have them dispute and block this merchant.

I purchased a trial offer for $4.95 for two cremes. One perfect age and the other from beauty labs

I received the two samples and when i got my credit card statement i had two charges for the $86.43. I am livid and i will be disputing these charges with my credit card company.

I have called your company twice and still have not got a return call. I will call again tomorrow, but I am not happy with this kind of customer service and from the looks of things I can see i m not the only person you have done this to.

I did not sign up for a monthly subscription to your product just for the samples only. Nancy Daigle, ph 661 252 ****

Yup. Had this same problem.

They claimed the disclosure was on the sign up page, but I didn't see it.

I called both companies and after emphatically insisting, they did credit back my card. Left a bad taste in my mouth tho.

I had the same issue. Called Beauty Labs, and was told I should have gone to some hyperlink and read further terms and conditions that told me I was agreeing to a monthly subscription.

The best they could offer me was a 50% refund and a cancellation of my "order." that is, no more cream, and rip me off for 43+ dollars. I am really pissed.
