Beauty Exchange

Purchased a waist trainer which I was not allowed to try on in the store. Got home, the trainer was literally falling off.

Their size measurements on the packaging are inaccurate. I never wore the product, it was still in the packaging and brand new. Returned to the store to request an exchange. The manager Niaz refused to exchange the product even when I showed him that the packaging measurements were inaccurate.

Now, I am stuck with a product that I can not use and am out of $40. I will never return to this store.

You foreigners come into the black community and sell subpar products. Then you add insult to injury by not being respectful and/or courteous.

I went into the store in Jacksonville fl to purchase hair, and I picked the hair because of the advertised price on the box. Once I got to the register they refused to give it to me at that price, saying they was supposed to have fixed that.

Instead of honoring the price they refused and pulled the other packs off the self.

I will be seeking legal action against them. If it has happened to anyone else and you kept your proof I suggest you do the same.

Today I shopped Beauty Exchange on West Colonial Dr in Orlando Florida. I experienced consumer racial profiling by a low class, uneducated ***.

While reading the ingredients label on a box of relaxer a male that appeared to be Arabic saw me and walked in the aisle I was in and pretended to look at a product on the shelf, after pointlessly looking at the item for about a minute walked away. I was a little annoyed by this thinking to my self well sense he has nothing to do except radar customers I'll give him an assignment so I pushed products on the floor for him to clean up. The Arabic man rushed in the aisle to see what happened and flagged me down to demand I pick up the products on the floor. I picked them up and explained that it was his job to pick it he then responded it's my job to watch you.

At that moment the only thing that spared him was God because I'm Christian and if I wasn't I wouldn't stumped my foot in his filthy *** This store has several cameras but yet they still feel the need to radar Blacks as they shop although their store depends solely on Blacks money to keep it open they could care less about that. It disgust me to be treated like a thief when I drive a nice car, am highly educated, live in a middle class area and have $5000 in the bank but yet I'm viewed as suspicious by rotten Asian and Arabic hair supply store owners and managers. I confronted this man about his poor customer service and he explained that I don't have to come back.

I my philosophy is it's easy to replace a bad employee but it's not so easy to get a good customer to return to your business after a poor experience. It keeping that employee around worth it they drive good customers out the door that brought continuous business?
