GOOD MORNING, I tried to make a purchase with you and it told me that the address did not match, I tried three times and it was never processed. But when I checked at the bank, you took my money from me on those three occasions that I tried. It is the first time that I buy with you and this happens to me. Now I can't make the purchase because I don't have any funds in my account because of that inconvenience. I made the claim at my bank but until I communicated with you, I did not solve anything. I appreciate that you can solve me and process the purchase.

When I tried to order some hair I got s error message saying that I had entered the wrong billing address I didn't get a order number a shipping date or anything but when I checked my card it said that it took the money off of it.this happened two times that total out to $160. Where is my MONEY IT HASENT CAME BACK TO MY CARD YET OR ANYTHING!!

BEAUTY DEPOT RIPPING PEOPLE OFF

i BOUGHT $193. WORTH OF PRODUCT FROM THE DEAUTY DEPOT. i BOUGHT A NEW SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER ON THE ADVISE OF THE OWNER THAT FRIED MY HAIR. THEN SHE REFUSED TO RETURN THE PURCHASE PRICE TOTALLING ABOUT $100. SO SHE BASICALLY STOLE MY MONEY. THE OWNER WOULD TALK OVER ME AND NOT ALLOW ME TO TALK. SHE STATED THAT THEY SEND THE PRODUCT BACJK AND RECIEVE REPLACEMENTS FOR THEM SO THEY ARE NOT OUT ANY MONEY. THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO TIE YOUR MONEY UP SO THEY DONT HAVE TO REFUND ANYTHING TO CUSTOMERS SUCH DISHONESTY AND POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY HAVE
