I have been going to this place for SEVERAL years with my sister and Im SO upset and Ill NEVER return AND Ill stop my sister AND friends from going back. I purchased a wig from them for $140 about 2 weeks ago and Ive noticed its shedding a TON with bald spots at the top that Im combing over like a toupee.

I called and told the lady that answered and she says I have to contact the manufacturer but I bought it DIRECTLY from YOU!!!! You should remedy MY situation as your customer and YOU contact YOUR manufacturer.

She offered no kind of recourse or attempt at helping me.

This place is just money hungry and I see their kindness ONLY extends to you when youre spending money.
