Where is my package
Hello I ordered for the first time from you guys Dec 15 th I have not received my package yet. I tried to write you a direct email and it says that I cant send the email as it was.
Ive never seen anything like it. I dont know how to explain it anyway could you please get a hold of me as I dont know how I can get my package and I tried to put the tracking number and it says its invalid.
This was the first time Ive ever tried you guys and Ive never had such a hard time trying to even find my package or get a hold of you guys, please get back to me. Sincerely, Danielle.

Didn't receive my order
I placed an order a month ago and still haven't received the order nor an update. I can't speak to a live agent.
I have called several times and still don't have any updates or messages.
I have ordered from this company many times but have never had this problem before. The money was taken from my account a month ago.

This is my 4th time emailing you about my order and I must say the customer service is horrible! I've also left a voice mail however I'm not even sure if I reached Beauty Bakerie because you don't seem to want anyone to contact you which is unacceptable! Please answer me and give me the correct tracking number!!!
