I had an extremely unsettling experience at this clinic. The receptionist was abrupt on the phone, constantly interrupting me, exclaiming that I "don't listen". I was trying to reschedule a large booking session into smaller ones. Not only did she hang up the phone, but she also did not answer my follow up calls, leaving me in a state of confusion. I told the receptionist that I will be contacting the manager, and I took to Facebook in search for management:…. After explaining my situation, this is the response I got: "Hi Joshua, we have just finished our investigation." "Our member of staff explained to him that we don't have 3 hours available before this date. You mentioned wanting to divide your body in small areas, but we don't do that because there is no time slots available. We are also aware that you called our staff member a 'f**n brat.' We would appreciate if you didn't swear at our staff. Also, the staff member recommended speaking to a manager. We have also become aware of issues with payments and late payments for the service. We have sent you an email trying to accommodate you at our St. John's Wood medispa, but we have no time slots available to move your treatment in Angel. Your response came as a complete shock to me." My retort: "First, do not accuse me of swearing at somebody without any evidence. I did not swear at this person, nor was I threatening in any way. In fact, this person told me to "shut up", and was constantly interrupting me. In addition, it was I who warned her that I was going to contact the manager, and after she concurred." Angel Medispa's receptionist fabricated the lie that I swore at her, in order to defend herself. I then spoke to a manager who contacted me on his mobile phone, and explained everything to him. He started the conversation by accusing me of swearing at this person, and after repeating myself several times, he finally acknowledged that I most certainly did not use profanity against the receptionist. This debacle highlights to me how unprofessional this company is. To accuse a paying customer of profanity, without any evidence, is absolute insanity. The manager's defense was "she has been working with us for over 1 year, and we have had no problems". This implies that the customer is automatically wrong. Be warned. Seriously unprofessional company who are only interested in your money.
