Will not let me unsubscribe to their almost daily emails

The unsubscribe link is not offered. Went to their live chat and they gave me an elaborate method but I asked nicely if they would just take me off their subscription list. Their answer was... ?

Bad service

I ordered one sweatshirt on June 25th. I selected delivery in 7-9 days. It's been 4 weeks and I still haven't received my product. After several emails and several chats with customer support, I received a please kindly wait, but still no product. But, they were quick to accept payment...they completely lack timely service. I would strongly advise people to stay away from Beautifulhalo.
