Resolution of inaccurate website info regarding lamp shade.
- - Response to the query was accurate.
- - Delivery of the correct shade cannot be guaranteed, and UK returns or refunds are not available.
Once they decided to answer query their response was accurate. Unfortunately the lamp shade that I wanted they cannot guarantee that the correct one will be delivered.
As I am in the UK if the item is incorrect or damaged there is no recourse regarding return or refund. This in any event would be after waiting many weeks.

Oh no! I ordered a $462.05 chandelier and today looked at the reviews.
It says the website is a scam in every way.m. No tracking info,, takes months to receive, comes broken, and no way to reach customer servicc.
Even the light bulbs are not ones test are approved in other then China. Im trying to dispute the charge now before it ships

I ordered one sweatshirt on June 25th. I selected delivery in 7-9 days.
It's been 4 weeks and I still haven't received my product. After several emails and several chats with customer support, I received a please kindly wait, but still no product.
But, they were quick to accept payment...they completely lack timely service. I would strongly advise people to stay away from Beautifulhalo.
