Beautiful Photo Props

This "review" is a scam. This is a false review from someone trying to extort money from me for reputation management. This person has not been my customer. The scam is to post bad reviews and then extort the business into having them removed. If you look at their account you will see that they've left "bad" reviews against other companies here and on other complaint boards for photographers and vendors who aren't even in their location...how can a photo shoot be done if you're not in the same city/state/country? :(

Nothing like what I ordered and received order late without notice.Staff was unable to reach and when they were, they were of no help what so ever. Would not recommend to anyone. Very disappointing.

I was expecting to get my order within 7 days as promised but ended up having to constantly contact them for a simple order. It took almost 2 weeks for 1 simple order of handmade prop that I wanted to give to my friend to congratulate him for his newborn daughter.

He ended up giving it back to me saying that it gave his daughter rashes.

Instead of giving him a gift, I ended up giving his daughter rashes. I'm truly disappointed that I had to go through so much to get a gift that ended up in the trash.

Kim Ferrugia, owner and designer at Beautiful Photo Props, located in Missouri, Springfield, United States, isn’t professional, she doesn’t respect the shipping time, and the products she delivered to me were different from what I ordered on her internet site http://www.beautifulphotoprops.com/

It took ages for the new package to be delivered after several calls and emails and every time ahe said that the correct package will be sent shortly.

I wouldn't recommend her yo anyone. Unprofessional and no respect for the shipping time. I could just have found a btter service with cheaper prices. She only cares about money, she has even been rude to me in the phone saying that I am harrasing her while all I wanted is to receive what I have paid for.

I ordered several items from BeautifulPhotoProps.com and it took forever for my item to arrived. I had to contact the website a couple of times to ask them what had happen to my package and every time they say that the item will arrive at my location shortly. It took my nearly one month to received my package and once i got it they have got my ordered wrong. None of the stuff that i ordered was actually in the package. I contacted them and complain that they have sent me the wrong package and Kimberly Ferrugia told me to send them back the package and they will sent me the correct items. the whole process took about 3 months. This place have the worse service ever. They clearly have no idea what they are doing.

January 2015:

Kimberly Ferrugia promised us the products we ordered and a professional baby photo shoot for our newborn. She was clearly drunk and did not have any of the items we ordered. Those items she brought with her were used and tattered. She was very unprofessional and would not give us a partial refund.

We arrived early as discussed only for us to wait almost 2 hours till they arrive, and they didn't know how to handle kids in the photo shoot! What a mess is that?!

They have no patience towards kids. Our whole day was a mess and we had to do the photo shoot over and over again, was just a waste of time. They seemed not prepared and didn't know what they were doing. I asked for a discount and was told that their prices was already discounted!

I wont go for this company the next time ever again! Swear!
