SCAM alert on Beaute products
I signed up for the free trial, one $3.95 and one for $4.95. I do not recall agreeing to any terms and conditions. They later charged my card for 89.95, the one for 99.95 was stopped by my CC company as questionable. Even though I told my CC company not to honor it, and even though I called beauty immediately and was told by the sales rep that he reversed the charge, they processed the charge anyway. I had to cancel my CC, the one I used for everything because I was so upset they did not side with me on the dispute. What can I do as a next step against Beaute?

In reviewing my most recent bank statements I saw that I had been billed for two Beaute Wrinkle Cream at $89.95 each and two Beaute Wrinkle Reducer at $99.95 each for a total of $379.90. I have not received these products and I immediately contacted my bank to inform my bank that I want them to cancel my credit card and any present or future payments to Beaute or Coveskins or MistyWrink. My own impression is that in the ad for these products it appeared to me that Joanna of HGTV Fixer Upper was connected to this company. I was not aware that the cost of buying one container of Beaute Wrinkle Reducer was ninty-nine dollars and ninty-five cents and the cost of each container of Beaute Wrinkle Cream was eighty-nine dollars and eighty-five cents.
