Beaudry Rv ---Karma is a *** isn't it

Beaudry Rv ruined hundreds of families lives. Many good people worked for that organization, and when the times got tough their answer to staying open and keeping over paid corporate management was to terminate as many people as they could.

Not to mention they bring in an over paid trouble shooter from Kentucky who knew nothing about the company , and again terminated as many people as he could to justify his paycheck. Well the party is finally over for all of the back stabbing and lying employees you know who you all are (Gordon, Cami, Celita ) who lied and cheated their way thru not caring about anyone but themselves. Especially Gordon Young .

Welcome to the unemployment line you all should have been there way before some of us.. EX EX BEAUDRY EMPLOYEE

I was working for them on September 11, 2001 and I swear as the towers were going down I was told to get back on the phones and to continue calling customers and trying to get their orders! I thought they were the epitome of dispicable then, but reading all these complaints I now know they managed to somehow sink lower still!

Guest

It's been several years since I worked at Beaudry RV. I turned them into the AZ Attorney Generals' Office and heard they'd changed their ways.

Evidently not. A real sleazy group of individuals who are worthy of the misfortunes that befall them.

Guest

I purchased a motor home from beaudrys in may 2010 and I was sold a LEMON I was treated badly after they took my money. I am so happy they are getting what they deserve carma is (((( isnt it

Beaudry Rv steals your deposit

We put $29,000 down on a Rv at Beaudry Rv. Now this is not a 10.00 deposit or chump change, we are talking twenty nine thousand dollars of our hard earned retirement savings for Beaudry RV to hold an Rv for us.

Three weeks after the money was given to them - they SOLD the RV! They said they could put us in a newer model but it would cost us more! What a bunch of thieves. Now on top of everything, they will not us give back our money.

We now have traveled back to Arizona to file a criminal complaint and we have to get a killer attorney because they are thieves and deserve to go to prison and be put out of business. What the heck is this world coming to that a company can do whatever the heck they want with no recourse? Beaudry Rv will not even return our phone calls, they treat you like a piece of shoe dirt.

Don't deal with Beaudry Rv!

They are going down....

PARKVIEW RV RETURNED MY CALL AND REFUNDED MY DEPOSIT

On July 29th, the sales manager from Parkview RV returned my call. He was kind, courteous and had taken the time to review my file. Parkview willingly returned our deposit to my credit card.

Please disregard my complaint. Parkview RV has proven themselves to be an ethical, responsible RV dealership.

Nancy

Guest

We have had a similar situation with PARKVIEW RV CENTER in Smyrna, DE.

Parkview will not answer my correspondence nor will they take or return my telephone calls.

Fortunately our deposit was much less and was on my credit card so I filed a dispute about that charge. I'm still waiting. My next move is either to the Better Business Bureau or to their showroom and verbalize my complaint loud enough for the other customers to hear me.

Guest

We tried to sue them but now they are filling for bankruptcy. They are commuting FRAUD and getting away with it.

If you would like to join our suit we would be glad to have you.

I will fight them in the bankruptcy court and sue the owner personal for FRAUD and EMBEZZLEMENT. They STOLE my $29,000 and we not get away with it.

Guest

DON'T DEAL WITH BEAUDRY RV!!!!!!! THEY ARE SO DISHONEST AND LIE TO YOUR FACE!!

They said our rv was new and it was used! we wanted our deposit back and they kept it and lied. They are going broke so they have to keep your money to pay their bills!! we watched them do it as we trusted them with our deposit.

Then we called Monaco and found out the RV was used, not new. We were paying all this money for a used and demo out RV!!! They did the same with us! They said they would give it back and waited till we couldn't get our money back from our visas and KEPT our money!

and on top of that even sold the RV the deposit went for to another couple!!!I cannot believe the state of Arizona or the BBB lets them get away with not refunding a deposit!

They are a bunch of *** thieves and we have to spend money to get our money back because they lied to us. I'd like to put them out of business!

This Company Sucks

Trust me people find a different RV dealer the people that work for Beaudry are told to lie just to get a sale, I was told after befriending the salesperson to go some where else. But they had by deposit and now will not return it.

I will have to sue them as know no one will even talk to be they will lie to your face they can not be trusted. I don't understand how this place is still doing business in the state of Arizona. Look at the docket for Maricopa County it is shocking.

I wish I would have looked into them a little closer before going this far now I have a mess on my hands.

I worked for Beaudry RV in Tucson as a sales person---The only thing I would say is-----

" GO SOMEWHERE ELSE--DO NOT BUY THERE "

You have been warned

Guest

no worries they are out thanks to the dream team that changed this successfull company

Guest

The "plant" should have had the name SOARINGHIGH,instead of sour, inghigh.

Guest

I think souringhigh is a "plant" by Beaudry to put up an allusion that some customers cannot be happy ones. This, they hope ,will allow 1st time rv buyers to give them a shot.Beaudry went out of business for more reasons than THE ECONOMY

Guest

We gave them a refundable deposit and they still did not refund our money when we found out our Rv that we were told was a NEW 2010 Coach was really built in 2007 and not titled until 2010. They used it for a demo model and it alot of miles on it.

We asked for our deposit back and they refused stating they don't have to give it back to us, Like it or not!

How disappointing to have to sue a company just for your refundable deposit. DON'T DEAL WITH BEAUDRY!!

Guest

I bought from Beaudry and have been extremely happy!! I purchased from their web site and didn't actually see it until I arrived on the day of the delivery.

After reading this I checked them on BBB and they got an A rating. They were very professional and delivered my new motor home to me exactly how they said it would be. I left a non-refundable deposit, but was reassured if the coach was not as represented I would get it back and that was in writing.

There were a few minor issues at delivery that were addressed imediately. There are always to sides of a story...I would recommend to all my friends to purchase from Beaudry...And their RV park is beautiful!

Bill Fain & Scott Beaudry have lied to us

We feel we have been lied to, wasted our vacation time & now neither Bill Fain or Scott Beaudry are returning phone calls because they still have our money! Scott repeatedly said we had loan approval but we never were presented with loan documents.

On 3/22/10 we presented Bill with a letter stating we were done with this deal & want our money back, we are leaving for home. I had to prove checks had cleared the banks & both banks immediately faxed proof to Bill that they had cleared. Bill then said they had to wait until they had proof the money was in their account. Of course they could have called their bank.

He then stated they would send check to us on 3/24/10.

I have a letter by Bill Fain, Sales Manager stating they will overnight check to me on March 24, 2010 & I still have not received it.

Now I have to get the attorney involved! Would not recommend Beaudry RV in Tucson, AZ to anyone!

I know it,s all water under the bridge now but justed wanted to make a comment regarding Beaudry RV, My wife and I bought two recreational vehicles from Beaudry RV one in 2004 and the other in 2006 and both times we were treated like kings these people went out of their way to delivery on time, they even paid for extra nights in the resort for not only us but our freinds we were traveling with. Bought all of us dinner and gave us vip tickets to up coming concerts at the dealership. Can,t say enough good things about their facility.

Guest

Just found out that Scott Beaudry from graduating ASU in 2004 took a great business and made it go into bankruptcy in just 6 years. Great job Scott and all your family at Beaudry will be looking for you after you closed the doors and sent them home with no pay Sept 30, 2010

Both locations are closed.

Dave W Nmq

Hi Judy, this has just happened to us also and we haveto sue them. We would be interested in if you got your money back and what lawyer you used.

We actually had to come to Arizona just to file a criminal complaint on Beaudry Rv and they will not call us or talk to us!

what a scam, like we have 29,000 just to donate to Beaudry RV! thank you, Dave

Beaudry RV not refunding

My friend went to buy an RV. Gave a 1000$ deposit.

The financing didn't go through. The deal was off, the sale cancelled. A whole 30 days later - which is the amount of time Visa will allow a vendor to take to reimburse a customer, Beaudry RV had still not refunded him his 1000$, was not returning any of his emails or phone calls, and evidentely were screening the calls, because he could never go through and only ended up on voice mailboxes. So - b-u-y-e-r b-e-w-a-r-e.

That business is totally dishonnest and will rip you off.

They particularly prey on the old, the sick, the weak. Because, if you research the web thoroughly, you will find out that they have rip off many elderly people, and have no lack of methods to do so.

Beaudry RV-if it ain't broke we'll find a way...

Boy do these guys suck! My wife bought a top of the line Cardinal Fifth Wheel from Bob Beaudry in Phoenix in Dec.

2007. Because we live in Tucson the deal was made over the phone, including upgrades that were supposed to have been installed before delivery. Nothing was done. We should have walked away right there and then.Instead we accepted delivery with the assurance the work would be done in Tucson.

What followed was a 3 year ordeal of Service Advisors who outright lie, Service and General Managers who blow sunshine up your keister, and techs who always find a way to break something while they are fixing something else. I swear they got a guy in Tucson whose sole purpose is to drive sheet metal screws through electrical wiring---morons! No professionalism, no honesty.

I wouldn't hire these guys to pooper scoop my backyard. I definitely don't trust them to work on my Fifth Wheel, and now that it is out of its' two year warranty I'll never darken their door again.

Beaudry RV - Terrible customer service

Bought 2007 Raptor from Beaudry. On checkout, had few problems.. Window wouldn't close and molding ruined by leaking water heater under sink, and bulge in one tire. Went to Tucson from Yuma (at my expense) with them having told me they would take of the problems. They said Keystone said I did not have that window in the coach, so they took a picture and sent it to them. Staying in their RV park, at my expense, they told me three days later that they would have to order the window and moldings and it would take 10 days. They told me to take the tire to Discount Tires for warranty. I left. I found out Discount Tires didn't even carry that brand of tire.

Several months later, Beaudry called and said my window and moldnig were there. Drove there again (at my expense) and stayed in their RV park (at my expense) When I took the coach in, they pulled out an unopened box, opened it, and said this isn't the window for your coach. They did have the right molding, and replaced it. I told them about Discount Tires. Service writer now says that it appears I hit something with tire and they wouldn't take care of it. They then said to take the tire to Les Schwab Tires in Oregon (?) for any warranty, whiich they wrote on Service Order. Would be 10 days to get window. Left

Months later, I was called back to Beaudry, they had window. Drove to Tucson (at my expense) and had to stay three days in their RV park (at my expense) They replaced window.

Traveling through Nevada, I had a blowout on the coach. Guess which tire? I got to Fallonn NV where there is a Les Schwab store. They looked at the tire and said they didn't even carry that brand. I showed them the Service Order from Beaudry with their name on it. They were very helpful and called their headquarters to see if they had ever carried or sold that brand of tire. They did not. I had to purchase a new tire for $113.00

Needless to say, I wouldn't buy a light bulb from Beaudry. And while I spent so much time in their lot, I heard many, many customers with complaints about their service. BEWARE!!

Beaudry RV, Raptor, loosers

My wife and I are new to RVing. After looking around for 6 months, we went to Beaudry RV, Chandler, AZ. We eventually bought a 2007 Key Performance Raptor 36 foot toy hauler. Promised to be in "detailed condition" at pickup, we found a photo copy of the "check list" in the coach. Of course, everything was checked off as OK.

Water leaked from hoses & toilet, fantastic fan was broken, drawers in the main bedroom were broken and hanging off, radio faceplate was missing, water heater door was dented..... 26 issues found at deliver. We returned 3 times to get it, at my fuel cost, finding unrepaired items each time. We finally got the RV, and I checked it out prior to the first trip.

The water meter showed full, 110 gallons.

There are 5 of us camping, we ran out of water on the first day. We probably had fewer than 20 gallons on board. Beaudry failed to diagnose and repair the water tank when they filled it for delivery. That check list showed they had filled the tank.

It was not possible to fill the tank. They had to know. It holds 110 gallons!

I spent 2 hours pumping water & air into the tank, burping the tank.... Finally had it full. They endangered my family by failing to ensure the water tank actually was able to hold the rated water. We were dry camping and had to drive 50 miles to a town to get water. We had planned on 110 gallons for 3 days.

Waste tank valves were OPEN when delivered...I did not know. Just like the movie RV, there I was, covered in human waste.

Batteries were delivered depleted on electrolyte, and I was blamed for not taking care of them and causing them to cook. Should they not have been full when delivered? They wanted me to pay for replacements. The coach was at Beaudry 5 days for the batteries to be replaced, under warranty. I had to argue with them that the batteries should not be burned up in a month after delivery, on one 3oo mile trip. A 10 minute job to replace 2 batteries! 5 days! And my fuel.

And don't get me started on the Carslile tires. 3 failed tires on 1 trip, all on freeway. 2 blow outs and 1 with a huge hump. Carslile blamed me, claiming impact damage. So again, no warranty. Beaudry just pointed to the supplier, who pointed up to Carslile.

Absurd. 900 more dollars to replace the Chinese tires with US made tires. Google "Carslile tire failure" and for more information.

And then the drawers broke again, and yet again. The plastic ends where they screw to the back break.

2 inch long sheet metal screws to hold two pieces of 20 gauge metal together.. ripped hands from the many pointed screw ends hanging down. Who designed this?

We expected a shake down period as things settled in. We expected Beaudry to be a good American company, interested in taking care of the customer.

We expected Key performance to use quality parts which would not break under normal use. We did not expect the *** we bought. Use Google and the BBB before you buy anything from anyone in the RV industry. As a whole, they make garbage, cheap garbage, and we end up on sites like this to let everybody know.

Keystone Raptor Toyhauler

beaudry or keystone manufacturer will not fix the structural damage done from too much water in fresh gallon water tank due to no overflow valve opened. We have had this toyhauler since Xmas and have had no problems, The manufacturer is responsible for this damage and will not fix it.

Don't ever buy a keystone toyhauler, Beaudry RV are crooks! Sales Sucks, Service Sucks, and their reputation is nasty, aweful. They should be put out of business.

This is a manufacturer error not anyone elses error, and Beaudry shoud be response under warranty to fix this problem asap. Their reputation stinks

Holiday World of League City TX is great to deal with and overall professional. Keystone customer service has been horrible.

My decals have shrunk over a 1/2 inch and flaking off. Keystone after fist attempt lost the pictures submitted of defective decals; my second request for new decals I was treated rudely by customer service. Keystone tells me they will send new decals for the 5th wheel rv but I have to pay for removal and installation of new decals.. Really?

I am the customer, you want me to pay for installation of new decals to advertise your product? Ha. Buyer beware, the decals will look horrible after a short period of time.

I am looking for a RV Manufactuer with professional customer service and also builds a quality RV. Interior quality has been good for me personally but exterior I give Keystone RV Manufacturer a F.

Guest

Bought a 2011 Keystone Raptor toy hauler and have had all sorts of problems. The dealer I bought it from wouldn't do any service on it.

The genenator was wired wrong so it wouldn't go from shore power to genie power. The a/c unit went out and in south Georgia..a/c is a must. Now the side won't extend. After paying 35000 dollars for a coach I expect major things to work.

Have tried again to get in touch with Keystone without them calling me back. What can I do?

I know it is under warranty but would like to use the coach. Has been in shop for two and half months of the five months we have owned it.

Guest

We have a 2009 Raptor that we have had nothing but problems with. The two main issues are the tires-they blow out and neither Keystone or Mission Tire will stand behind them.

Now the decals on the unit are starting to curl around the edges-and that is with the unit stored completely covered! We would NEVER buy another Keystone product!

Guest

Had a keystone raptor for nearly two years now, purchased from Tacoma RV, Tacoma WA. It has been nothing but a joy.

The service department is first rate and the few issues that we had were corrected immediately by keystone through the warranty. I will definitely buy another Raptor when the time comes for a new toy hauler.

Guest

We bought a 2008 Keystone Raptor and have nothing but problems. Now the slide hole was cut to small and tore the slide and Keystone is not cooperating to fix it.

I wish I never purchased this brand.

Thinking of getting rid of it to get something better. DO NOT BUY!!!

Beaudry RV sold us a new vehicle that was not new

We purchased our 2007 Nitrous 190FK toy hauler from Beaudry RV sales in Tucson Arizona on 19 January 2008. Our sales person, sales manager, and finance person provided excellent service to us. We identified to the sales person that the kitchen countertop would need to be replaced at this time. They promised to have the trailer ready for pickup on Monday, 21 January 2008. We wanted to pick up the trailer on Friday, 25 January 2008, due to the fact we had to drive 90 miles from Hereford Arizona to pickup the trailer and could not do it during the week. The service manager called and said the trailer would not be ready on 21 January, and we agreed to come up Friday 25 January for our walk through in the Beaudry RV transition lot and were allowed to stay there Friday and Saturday nights. During the walk through and our weekend stay we identified the following defects to Beaudry employees.

1. Kitchen countertop

2. Missing cover for propane tank area

3. Outside radio controls would not work

4. Microwave oven was inoperative.

5. Heater vent cover was broken

6. Screws missing in bathroom towel racks

7. Caulking around bathtub needed to be redone

8. A blemish in one couch back

9. Cover for the outside shower was broken

10. Clip for refueling area cover was missing

11. Outside lights would cause the inside lights to go out.

12. Outside speakers were not working for stereo.

At the end of our stay on 27 January 2008, we talked with our service representative who offered to reimburse us for gas if we would leave the trailer for his service department to correct the deficiencies prior to us picking up the trailer. We agreed to this believing that the work would be done as soon as possible.

My wife, who is paying for this trailer, called the first week of February (4-8 February) to inquire on the status of our trailer. The service department indicated they were waiting on the countertop and microwave to come in. No expectant date was given. At this time we indicated that we wanted to use our purchase trailer the weekend of 15-18 February 2008. Service department could not guarantee the repairs would be made.

On 15 February we arrived at Beaudry and stayed the night in their transition lot. A service representative walked us through the hitching system on Saturday 16 February and all repairs identified except the following were finished.

1. Outside radio controls were not working.

2. Screws were not replaced in the bathroom towel rack.

We left the Beaudry RV transition lot on Saturday 16 February and went to an RV park in Benson Arizona where we stayed 16-18 February 2008. During our stay we encountered the following problems.

1. The amplifier for the stereo system overheated causing the stereo system to

malfunction and cause a possible fire hazard.

2. When using the heating system we notice a clicking sound in the breaker box

that was not there before.

3. We also noticed while parking that the right turn signal and brake light was

inoperative.

4. While parking we noticed a crack on the right side of the vehicle above the

emergency exit window.

On the 17th of February we were concerned about the overheating of the amplifier and contacted Beaudry service department and we were told not to use it. We turned it off and could not use the stereo system since the speakers were wired to the amplifier.

We brought the trailer home and notified Beaudry of the problems we encountered on 19 February 2008. They agreed to pick up the trailer and do the repairs on 21 February 2008. At this time, we are picking up our trailer on 7 March 2008 and believe that only the crack in the side has not been repaired at this time. My wife contacted customer service and was treated rudely.

Our complaints:

1. The RV was not in a new condition that we paid for. All problems should have been identified and repaired prior to us looking at or purchasing this trailer. The trailer was not maintained on the Beaudry lot and it should not been sold as new if it was in not in a “new condition”.

2. The preparation for our walk through did not provide a list of repairs that had been identified and were on order. We had to identify problems and there was no form to provide back to Beaudry. It was a sheet that we wrote. Beaudry during its inspection and preparation of the vehicle should have identified major deficiencies such as the countertop and microwave and ordered them as soon as they were identified. My wife in talking to the parts department found out they did not order the countertop until the 24th of January 2007.

3. We have only had our RV at our home for 3 days since we bought it. We have been told that we can pick it up and use it at anytime. This is true, however the problems need to be fixed. It was our choice to buy a Fleetwood from Beaudry RV in Tucson, however we expected to have a trailer with no KNOWN defects before we picked it up. We know it is under warranty, however it should start with no known defects and we identify them 30, 60, 90 days from the date of purchase not day one.

What we want:

1. We purchased this vehicle as a new vehicle even though it was a 2007 model.

My wife contacted Beaudry customer service and Linda Smith would not take or return her calls. This is not right, we paid and will pay over 60,000 dollars for this vehicle and we can not accept the way she was treated. We want a written apology for Linda Smith.

2. We want Floyd and Tom with the service department to be recognized for their

effort in correcting the problems with this vehicle. It should have been in new condition when we bought it, however they are working hard to satisfy us.

3. We would like to receive our trailer with no problems and a chance to use it and create problems. Fleetwood has already identified problems with the water pump and wiring to the refueling station that were repaired by Beaudry.

We would like to be compensated for the time we have invested in Beaudry. We bought a new trailer that was actually used and would like pick up our trailer and use it. I know we have had this option in the past, however there was always a need to take it back to Beaudry. We bought a trailer that was never used. That is what we want.

Everybody knows that RV's when bought new usually have some items that need some work. They are houses on wheels that go through a 7.0 earth quake everytime they hit the road.

They are constructed by human beings at the factory and the techs who pre deliver inspect them are human also. Techs are not perfect trying to make a flaud concept suitable to what sounds to me an incatiable customer. Sounds like Beaudry did the best the could to stand behind a product from a manufacture who had not paid their warranty bill in months.

Bob oh my gosh! Really!

Why would you buy a coach that looks like *** to start with! And now Beaudry is responsible for the manufacture going out of business? Whats next, let me guess, I got it Roswell, N.M. or better yet 911.

Please! Get a life.

I just bought a used C class from these guys. Sales guy Tim, couldn’t care less that I had to drive down to Tucson to view the camper.

Promised me the world as far as communication and pre-delivery service and systems checks as I was signing the contract. And then nothing. They got paid and couldn’t care less about me.

I should have looked at other reviews before I bought. I still don’t have my camper, maybe next week.

I agree they turn dreams into nighmares. After 1/2 Million dollars and then Monaco going out of business and a coach that looks like ***.

Then to find out they really knew what they were doing and how to screw a customer.

Pages and pages of repairs after 9 months at the factory. Still a pieve of plastic ***.

Beaudry RV is NOT a place to do business. They kept us there three hours.

They blocked our SUV so we could not leave. They lied to us and at the end of theri game- they wanted to charge lots more then agreed. We went to walk away and becuase they had our credit card we had to wait while they came up with another number another "ofter" DONT GET TRAPPED with one of theri RV parked behind your car and dont give them your credit card. They say that's in good faith but that's a sales tatic.

PLEASE do not do businss with these people. There is more to the story but I think I spelled out enough. Good luck. Also do not use FREEDOM RV.

Hi to all . I don't know much about Beaudry rv .

Except that the lady I am working with is very nice and is taking time to get all the info together that I need in order for me to make an offer and I have done that and they did not require me to give my visa # which I would not do anyways. I think that if I am doing the research in order to make an offer if they accept than I am going to buy otherwise why would I be offering...so far so good I'll keep a post

The company is KNOWN to use deceptive sales tactics to include, but not limited to fraudulent representation. Additionally, if you do some checking on this company you will find numerous customer complaints to include current, and past legal actions that have been filed with the federal, and state regulatory courts and agencies. BUYER BEWARE

For additional information, I would recommend contacting the Better Business Bureau, Arizona Coporation Commission, and check past, and present legal filings which are a matter of public recored.

I would NOT recommend doing business with this company. Good luck.

You think they treat the general public bad? You should see how the top guys have run this company into the ground causing hundreds of people to loose their jobs.

Whats the difference between top management vs.

some crackheads? Nobody knows....

Questionable sales tactics? just plain lying!

After 6 'associates', they drove the rv in question TO MY LOCATION. I was told a price for unit. Went down to dealership to sign papers, and the price suddenly (mis-understanding??) jumped $20,000. but, they could make up for a lot of it with 'creative' financing and cost of loan.

I immediately showed them my backside and left.

should have listened to all the stories I had previously heard about them, as the horrors are true!

5/7/08 the salesmen involved; chris, cliff, george, patrick, lewis.

05 american tradition was what I was about to purchase, at close to average retail price, but they of course wanted to give me low retail + $20,000 for more than was agreed upon.
