Left a pair of shorts in my room
I called and customer service said they couldnt go ask the people that checked into my room if they found a pair of short they said they would have to wait till they checked out on Friday. Well if nobody claimed shorts I found in a room while I stayed there I would take the also. I thought this was wrong.
User's recommendation: Just go asked the guest.
