Got scammed of $125.16
Still have not recieved my money back
Ordered two rc trucks that was a total of $125.16!! Again 125.16 USD and never recieved goods.
After 6 months of not recieving anything and many many emails sent to customer service I recieved TWO dust masks that valued at probably .25 cents each. With my trucks order numbers on it. I once again tried to contact beartilk top again pleading for a refund they never responded.
I saved my money up so i could buy these trucks and completely scammed me. I want my money back!!

Over a month and still no product
I purchased a DSR-1 from this company on 22-April-20. First of all when on their website when placing an order after all the information is given and when you hit the purchase button the site gives you a error message.
I went back through everything again and got the same error message so I just erased everything and forgot about it. Two days later I got an email telling me thank you for your purchase and that my item would be shipped out shortly with a tracking number. So I said ok the order went through. Three days later I finally got the tracking number to only find out the item was coming from Wenzhou City China during the start of this COVID-19.
Well its coming now so let it ride. Well Ive tracked the item all to Shanghai on the 10th of May and then the tracking stops. The Beartilk company advises not to contact them in concerns of this item. So I finally got an email address to try to get some information on how much longer do I have to wait and why is there no more tracking information.
This is the response I received from Beartilk, Hi Due to the impact of the epidemic, logistics transportation is slow. The transportation status is not updated in time,please understand and be patient.
If you have any questions,pls feel free to email us. Well when I emailed them back for at least a update, I got nothing.
