Won't deliver product after paying for it.
I ordered a pair of shoes on their website and paid by Paypal. I went by their size chart, but the shoes I received a month later were too small.
I contacted them to exchange the shoes (which they claim is easy to do) and followed their instructions and requests to the letter. I never got the replacement shoes, and every time I have inquired they take days or weeks to respond. Their customer service sounds like they will do something, but they do not. It is coming up on 4 months since I ordered the shoes.
I have recently told them to forget the shoes and give me a refund, but it goes nowhere.
I just mainly want other people to know that Bearefoot is at best a *** company that does not deliver. By the way, I still get ads from them nearly daily.Seer
