120 day trial scam
They want the customer to pay additional money before you can exchange a product or pick up the product and wait for the exchange. You literally have to buy your exchange mattress, wait for shipment, and a pickup of the return.
Once they receive notification of the pickup they will then refund your money. Not everyone has 3 000+ dollars just lying around after you have already paid 3000 + dollars. Your other option is have the item picked up and then wait on it to be shipped again. I hope you have a alternate place to sleep while you wait.
This policy was never detailed during the purchase nor was it explained on the site. I would have never bought a mattress online with this type of policy.
And the customer service is nonexistent if you want to talk to a human. The only response you receive is via email.

Mattress return
I can not get anyone to call me back to discuss my return. They only responded to one of my emails and offered me $200.00 off my mattress to keep it.
I emailed them back this morning letting them know that I am having so much back and neck pain sleeping on the mattress and would like a refund.
I re emailed them throughout the day and it has been over 8 hours and I have not got a response back. I do not know what to do at this point.
